I places order on 17th of Sep 2015. It took them one month to tell me there is no stock and the customer hot line never can be reached. No body rely your email. Only can tell you from email, Sadly, no stock. Sadly, only can exchange less value or same value... What a $#*! company. Coach online... you should close down.

I BOUGHT A COACH BAG, WALLET AND SUNGLASSES FOR $100 PLUS DOLLARS I GOT THE PRODUCT THE BAG WAS CLEARLY FAKE WITH BROKEN ZIPPERS AND MILDEW INSIDE THE BAG THE WALLET WAS MADE OF SOME TYPE OF POOR QUALITY CARDBOARD. I SENT A MESSAGE ASKING TO SEND IT BACK BECAUSE OF THE FLAWS SHE SUGGEST THAT I TAKE PICS OF THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING I DID THAT THEN SHE IGNORED MY MESSAGES THEN TOLD ME I WILL HAVE TO PAY 20% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS 40% FOR SOME NONSENSE THAT'S 60% OF MY MONEY BEING TAKEN AWAY FROM ME SO WHY WILL I RETURN IT ONLY TO GET 40% OF MY MONEY BACK I ASKED THEM TO SEND ME THE RETURN ADDRESS DO YOU KNOW THEY NEVER ANSWERED MY EMAILS ANYMORE AND RIGHT NOW TODAY I STILL HAVE THE ITEMS I THREATEN TO CALL MY ATTORNEY STILL NO RESPONSE SO PLEASE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THAT WEBSITE OR YOU WILL CERTAINLY REGRET IT THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A RETURN ADDRESS AND THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND IF YOU LOOK AT THE BOTTOM PAGE OF THE WEBSITE YOU WILL SEE THAT IT IS NOT LEGIT THE LINKS ARE JUST LETTERS THAT WAS PUT THERE TO LOOK REAL IN OTHER WORDS YOUCAN'T CLICK ON A LINK BECAUSE WHEN YOU TRY TO CLICK THE LINKS IT DOESN'T MOVE IT WON'T OPEN UP ITS ALL FAKE, FAKE, FAKE, FRAUDULENT, FRAUDULENT FRAUDULENT, FRAUDULENT. SOMEONE NEED TO TAKE THEM DOWN AT A RAPID PACE,

I ordered 4 bags from this site. First of all, I emailed them to ask if they are authentic Coach bags... NO RESPONSE. I ordered them 2 weeks ago, then just got an email that stated 4 of the bags were out of stock, and that a refund would be made between 1-2 months because of 3rd party payment process saying "DON'T KNOW WHY IT TAKES THAT LONG". Wow, this is a scam or out of country shipment. I will never purchase again. Besides they have no reviews on their site... that should say something about their service.

Had ordered two purses, thinking they were Coach purses and they aren't Coach confirmed they have no outlet stores online. So I cancelled the order within 24 hours and they are now telling me they will be charging me a 15% Credit Card Handling fee, which is not in writing at all on the website. The only thing posted is that they charge a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Now I am hving to dispute the charges and hopfully get my money back. Don't use this website.

It is a lie. Ok yea we know its a knock off. But lordy your going to pay 72 dollars for a piece of junk. Also, it takes about a month to get to you. Looks nothing like the photos you click on to choose and order your product. Finally, when you get your handbag and it looks like s!@t they tell you that you should seriously think about the risks of sending this back to us and we can maybe give you a partial refund. Bull crap! Dont ever order anything from this website. Its somewhere in China, has horrible customer service, horrible product, and a complete disgrace to the online shopping community. STAY AWAY FROM COACH-ONLINE-STORES.COM! Or you WILL regret it!
