“All round rip off gym!”

I went 3 times in the first 2 weeks last year and havnt been since so I don't find it out of reach to honour next months fee waived. I requested to cancel on the 2nd of January with no corrospondance then again on the 12th of January. Your portal is not easily usable and I was unable to find the link to cancel obviously. When a customer requests in writing twice that should be honoured.

Don’t go here there are way better options!

I signed up to this gym in 2022.

The buzzer never worked whenever I attended the gym and it was impossible to call anyone to rectify the situation outside business hours. Due to the lack of access, I could not attend the gym without the assistance of a friend. It eventually became such an issue that I stopped going to the gym and asked for my membership to be cancelled.

Despite my cancellation request and all my complaints, money continued to be debited from my card. So I cancelled my direct debit with the gym.

However, they continued to email me and message constantly with "outstanding fee" requests and it kept on increasing until it reached almost $800. In addition to all this they charged me several "dishonour fees" each time they sought a fortnightly payment, even though I couldnt even use the gym membership in line with what I paid for.

After several attempts to receive help, the online chat and the customer service people told me that nothing could be done other than put a temporary suspension on my membership.

I eventually just capitulated to the constant bombardment of emails and paid the full $800 just to get out of this terrible membership.

But it didn't end there!

They then told me that there was a "cancellation period" during which I would still have to pay normal membership fees! Absolutely disgusting! This is in circumstances where I had not used the gym for over a year and constantly asked for cancellation and suspension. They even had the audacity to say to me that unless I am "physically incapacitated" I would have to pay continuous fees until the cancellation period was done.

This gym makes it absolutely impossible to cancel memberships. They will suck you dry and they are completely inflexible. Avoid this gym at all costs.

The worst gym we ever signed!

Not clear with terms and conditions and still charged us after we canceled the membership.

I signed up when it was owned by One Health but it changed hands to the VIVA Leisure Group trading as CLUB LIME -location SOUTH MORANG but their rigid policies would apply to all locations around Australia. I write this review to warn people who join this chain, if you encounter any financial or medical problems in life that are beyond your control, do not expect any compassion from CLUB LIME MANAGEMENT. COVID taught us all, that we dont know whats around the corner and even though you have policies in place which states NO REFUNDS, sometimes you need to look at a case on its merits. I lost my business during COVID, i have medical issues that affect my ability to work, if i exercise and build some muscle strength, it could permit me to work to survive. I am exempt from the current vaccines due to my medical condition, which is rare. I explained all of this to CLUB LIME SOUTH MORANG and yet they didn't give a damn, they refused my refund of a full year paid in advance plus 3 PT sessions. I used 2 weeks of this membership before we went into lock down in VIC. This is simply a very poor decision on behalf of a management team and it will damage their reputation. I have reported this to the ACCC who control consumer protection with refunds and intend to take it as far as I can, as it is based on principal. I do not recommend CLUB LIME to anyone.

I donot recommed this gym to anyone, tjey customer service is so bad, they will never respond to my emails or calls, i have sent them 4 emails from 3 months ago in regards to cancell my membership but they just ignored it and continued to withdraw money from my account, so I just had to report them to the Jurisdictions.
