We purchased Closets by Design for a closet at our home. They changed the installation date several times. The design has my luxury dresses sticking out in to the walkway of the closet. The installers damaged our new hardwood floor and our entry way. They also damaged the walls in the closet. Finally the drawer unit drawers do not stay closed. The drawers are stapled together and made of manufactured wood and the shelve bow very easily when you put anything over 5-10 pounds on them. The one photo shows my garment in the doorway. The second photo is the MDF wood stapled together.
My advice is to find another closet installer.
