I have had 3 lots of clip hair now and i absolutely love them. I bought double weft 18inch The hair is silky smooth and lasts very good quality and is very reasonably priced. I have mine weaved in and have no problems with it at all i am totally addicted to this product. I also bought the shampoo/conditioner and the spray they smell amazing and do the job. Postage is good and never had any problems. I will continue to buy this product and highly recommend it 100%

I bought 10+ hair extension packs from these guys. Ignoring the fact they market themselves as Canadian yet ship from the UK and have large feeds for importing, whatever.

One pair of extensions completely fell out after washing them in normal shampoo I've used multiple times before for my extensions. Same water temperature, always gentle. They completely matted and fell out. These extensions were only about 3 weeks old.

I contacted them with photos, they asked me what shampoo I used. I replied, and replied and relied. I followed up. They continued to ask me what shampoo I used. Is this a joke? I finally got in touch with the manager and they said they never received a photo of the shampoo, no one asked me for a photo of the shampoo... what a joke. They pretend to not receive any emails as if a company doesn't have a proper email software? It's 2020. I'll make sure my friends and clients never go to them again. They could have swallowed a 10-20% off code for this seeing I'm a long term customer but apparently they can't afford that. I hope the owner is aware of how downhill this company is going to go due to THE WORST customer resolution team. And let's just remember the fact they falsely market themselves as Canadian. They're liars right off the bat. Good day! Love and light

DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE Completely false advertising I ordered
Ice blonde (Remy)hair it was supposed to be almost white and I was so excited but it was dark dirty blonde and of course a cheap blend of low quality hair. I sent a message asap to there customer support and no answer i waited a week and sent messages to all their accounts and finally got a message saying they can give me a 15% discount off my next order... like I would order from them again also it says ClipHair -Canada- why was I charged 45$ for duty? It was shipped from the UK! I feel so scammed

I'm from Canada, Nova Scotia. Over a month ago Cliphair (UK)wasn't even supposed to send me by parcel, I get it, not suitable! Well, DHL Express has just confirmed a month later parcel is declared lost.
Long nightmare! No one is holding the self responsible. Not hearing back from Moosa, I hear I'm not the first he is consciously ignoring
I just discovered on a comment that they advertise as being in Canada, however, ship from UK. Something is up with them, and it's. Not Fairness, or honesty. Can't even type so upset.
Moosa Kazmi who is representative is a sneaky and I don't know how Management sleeps at night. I'm out $166 Canada Currency. Moosa keeps saying because they parcel is lost, he can't do nothing about it. Corporate companies robbing from the poor, how sad and disgraceful! I'm unemployed PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM CLIPHAIR (UK)Canada z. RUN THE OPPOSITE WAY. Don't get caught up on there website. PERIOD

Unbelievable. I've been ordering from this company since I was 15 years old. (14 years!) last year they sent me a pack that was tangly, dry and just plain terrible. I sent them an email and they pretty much ignored me after I sent in photos of the 3 week old hair, blaming me that I didn't know how to care for them (14 years of experience with extensions) I decided to give them a chance and order my usual color one more time. I paid 270$ for a double wefted 24 inch set which was supposed to be 210g instead of 110g. The set only weighed 180g I have a scale. The set was not the right color it was a dark brown instead of a blonde, with the tag re attached to try fool me? When I went back on the website my color was "sold out" so they attached a tag with my usual color number to a completely different set. So shady! When I told them about this they told me that all extensions have a "slight variation in batches " and that on the website it looked like the correct hair. Ummmm little did they know I've ordered it for years and had a old set with the same color. They are just a bunch of scammers. A friend of mine just ordered a set of number 60 blonde in a 22 inch. She received a 20 inch medium blonde with the wrong tag also. I will NEVER. Ever! Order from these people ever again. Save your money and order Fullshine hair off amazon with a guaranteed return if you're not happy.

Firstly, they are not located in Canada. This is just a marketing ploy to the Canadian consumers.

Secondly their hair is garbage. It is not at all the colour as shown or described on their website and comes in terrible quality

I ordered straight blonde hair and received brown hair with straggly black strands throughout.

Their customer service is rude and unhelpful and if there is a problem ie. You didn't receive what you ordered you will be expected to send it back to their office in the UK for a hefty fee.

In addition to this, you will also pay a hefty fee to receive the hair since they aren't located in Canada. I paid $75 to receive the package that was apparently "free shipping"

I highly recommend shopping elsewhere before wasting your money.

Our hair is subjected to very rigorous quality control testing to ensure that only the best are sent out. I've had a look into your order in question and I can see that you purchased one of our popular shades, brown/ blonde mix 12/16/613. This is a mix of light Reddish Brown, Golden Blonde and Bleached Blonde. This is a lovely mix of our gorgeous brown and 2 types of blonde. We completely understand that on occasion the match might not be right, so we offer to have the items returned for a refund or exchange. With regards to the black strands you have located in your hair, as all our hair is dyed by hand sometimes, during this process less porous stands that do not fully absorb the dye can sometimes appear. This amount is usually under 3%. This is one of the unpredictable things that can happen with human hair, but we always try our best to eliminate this issue.
We also state on our Canadian website that we ship all our products from the UK. This is stated on our shipping information. I ordered the one piece weft after also looking at the video on there website and the discerption says 4 layers
I received a 2 layer piece not even thick enough for a childs braid, absolutely ridiculousthere the sad part is if there had been 4 layers this product would have gotten a 5 star review!

I didn't receive my extensions, despite multiple emails, ClipHair has been completely unhelpful.

I ordered on the Canadian site for $164 CAD, and got the express 1-2 days shipping. ClipHair Canada put the price of £164 on the customs form, which converts to over $278 CAD. The duties on this are over $50, and way more than I should be paying. I've been contesting this with DHL, and what has cliphair done to help me?

Nothing.

I alerted ClipHair to this issue and they wrote back saying, "Thank you for your email. On the commercial invoice, cost price is mentioned in UK pound sterling."

Yes. That's the problem. The shipment has now been over two weeks overdue and counting. I didn't get to wear these extensions to any Christmas parties as hoped. Cliphair has done nothing to help me correct their error and receive the extensions I paid for. I have never been so disappointed by customer service.
