I was asked to provide my feedback in an email sent to me. I will happily do so as we are extremely pleased with the customer service as well as the app. We had a little issue setting up some of our employees but that was quickly resolved (error on our part). Amidst the current state of the world it is reassuring to see companies focused on the wellbeing of others.
I first started with a trial using other employees as a test. We had the tests set on 14 day intervals. The support team helped us to set up and add employees to the system. It is a easy process but we appreciate the added support in doing it for us. We ended up setting up our own set of questions which is the biggest positive in our view. The alert system works great. Recently they announced remote counseling which we think will be useful seeing as we don't have a big support team.

I have had a good experience using your platform. The tests arrive every week to our email addresses and the custom questions feature works quite well. I would suggest that adding a text box in which users can add comments such as thoughts or issues would be great.

Great app with a good social mission. So far no issues. We are using the free version with 10 staff with settings on 14 day intervals. If anyone else has any good questions they've added let me know in the comments. I haven't used the custom question feature yet but will give it a go today and perhaps submit another review.
This app has really changed things for us. As a school with a few hundred students is so hard to keep track of what is happening on a personal level. Especially with issues such as bullying. This is the first app we've tried for this purpose and can't imagine something better. Our students know at anytime they can seek support at the touch of a button

What a fantastic way to modernise mental health solutions. We're with our phones 24/7 and clickcheck captures the essence of an effective application. Maybe a mobile app would be nice as well?
Today is my second week of the trial and I really like it. Easy to use and doesn't require much maintenance from me.
Positive experience so far. The fact that we can change the tests and intervals gives us quite a bit of flexibility when dealing with issues. Overall it is a great product and we are happy to have stumbled upon it.
Used the 7 day trial and our staff loved it so much we made a 2 year subscription. What a great way to check up on our employees.

We know how difficult depression can be. Quite often it is hard to speak out, clickcheck makes getting support so much easier
