Having worked on Click4Advisor for nearly 20 years and ongoing, i write to support the ADVISORS AND the company. It is disgusting some person decides to write a badfeedback so like i say i write In support for CLICK4ADVISOR - i am disgusted to think someone would down it and i plan to Continue being on there doing my GENUINE psychic and spiritual readings. I have a lot of Genuine feedback so with planning on continuing to stay, i support the company and every Single reader on there. I hope i never read such a horrible comment on the company again and if I do i will always write in support

I made mistake call one day Jun 19,2019 thinking it was late afternoon after using them in the past and I accidentally clicked on payment twice when I thought the first it didn't go through; so I did it again to make sure it did to get a read. I panicked when the first charge thinking it didn't go through wondering if it went through or not, then saw it came back later on my bill showing I charged twice but was in email once charged when I didn't see it charging first time as it didn't seem like it went through to pay for just few min of a read. So I panicked and emailed the company there not knowing if they were 24 hours or not. I didn't think the time they weren't working that they were off duty then when this happened. So the following duty day, I called them and spoke to * where he said if I do it in writing there that they can see what they can do for me so I did it in writing on Jun 20 with my statement from him: "I am moving forward with this as I agreed to work with Click 4 Advisor to resolve any upcoming issues during their business hours as long as they work with me legitly that I will NOT go outside to escalate the issues." Low and behold they did not resolve this with me at and they blocked me from resolving future issues. They want to make sure that I pay them back the $107.82 when they only credited me $2.18. What a joke! They are a BIG joke! Moving forward all this time, I've been fighting my money back with the credit card even to file against them then got a letter from SPG stating I commit fraud when actually they committed fraud because I tried working with them and even filed complaint against them. Now, I still putting out more negative reviews who they are and what they can do to go evilly after people for their wasted psychics reading because none what was read did NOT manifest. Watch it out there folks! These people are scammers and mean. They will go after what they can from you because they're greedy! *Personal information redacted by admin
