Outstanding service on a big job on a Sunday! You technician Anthony (who has helped us before on a previous install) once again did a fantastic job, even recognizing that he needed an extra pair of hands. You team acted very professionally, worked quickly to get our house moving back to normal after a lightening strike took down most electronics, including the garage motor/controls. Thank you for being there. I hope you know how good your technicians are, especially Anthony
Gave me outrageous price to repair my garage door opener. Wound up paying way higher than average for an average opener. Google cost of new opener installed is $200-$400. Wound up paying $600. Gotta pay for ads & new trucks somehow. For what it's worth the tech was very nice & took about an hour to finish the job.
Installer was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My only issue was the cost. I was quoted $185 to replace my broken door spring but the installer said he couldn't replace just one spring so it was twice as much to replace the broken one plus the spring that wasn't broken. And because their new springs mounted to the center plate differently, they also replaced that (another $90 for that little piece of metal) to bring the total bill to $460.
The technician called with his ETA and arrived on time. He explained things thoroughly. He was very professional. I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.
I noticed an issue after the techniction left. Within a few hours he was back and quickly solved it. I was very happy with the results.
Only downside... I would like to have seen the invoice, before I paid the bill. I couldn't see the invoice until after I paid the bill and received an email of the invoice. I didn't realize that the Lube and Calibration was a separate fee of $22.
Tech was very professional, did a great job, and filled me in on the entire process. When installing a opener it would be nice if all the professionals were qualified to run the wire through the ceiling. It is a lot to spend and doesn't look very professionally done when you have to staple the wire to the walls. The old wire was there so it would have been pretty simple to fish the line through.
My overall experience was excellent. Our technician did an excellent job explaining the process and what type of door we purchased. Our technician was also very professional and prompt, he called before he was going to arrive and arrived on time. We definitely would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to our neighbors and friend because of the quality of service.
I loved the online scheduling and same day service. The technician was informative and relatable. I would recommend this company and use them again
