I've used other company's but your company's service and price was the best in town. The tech was nice, pleasant and fast! He even waited a few minutes for me to arrive!! I will recommend to all my friends

Garage door wouldn't open. Response was extremely fast, faster than expected. Extremely old door springs were replaced quickly. Bill was courteous and professional. Well done.

Good company, Antony came out and diagnosed the problem and gave me several options for repair. He did the work and it's been close to 2 months now and no problems.

Service Technician Will Coad arrived within 3 hours of calling and requesting service. That is amazing. Will was professional and courteous and explained what needed to be done and the options available. I chose the top package for a complete tune-up since my garage door had not been serviced in about 20 years. It is obvious Will knew what he was doing as I watched him work. He completed the job in under 2 hours and my door operation is very smooth and quiet. I highly recommend Precision Door Service. My only wish is that the package could have been cheaper, but I guess you pay for what you get.

Bill was knowledgeable and efficient in his understanding of my dilemma. Gentleman also has a down to earth sense of humor which was appreciated as well.

I called Precision at 7:22 pm on Tuesday night because my garage door was jammed and would not close.

By 8:00 pm, Ryan (the technician) was at my house ready to fix the problem.

Have a garage door that I hadn't had serviced in over 15 yrs.! Your technician Will showed up on time and promptly got to work diagnosing the issues that I was having. After presenting me with different options as well as his recommendations, he replaced the worn-out, cheaper grade, original parts with brand new upgraded parts, giving my garage door a fresh, professional overhaul. He was neat, professional and very meticulous about his work and got a big job done in just over an hour!

Called yesterday afternoon. Fixed this morning! Very helpful scheduler, who reviewed previous work completed with me and applied a service call fee discount. Bill arrived first thing this morning after calling to let me know his ETA. Very friendly and courteous man, who listened carefully and patiently, diagnosed the problem, and clearly outlined our options. Excellent attention to detail. A positive experience from initial phone call to working door.

Punctual and professional garage door repair. Replaced ten rollers, two coil springs, center bearing plate, 16'10" shaft, lubed and calibrated.

Great! My garage door stopped working. I called a couple of companies for a repair appointment.
Precision offered the quickest appointment. The repairman came on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate of cost and repair time, completed the job neatly, and tolerated my 8 yr old son's presence! This is completely opposite of the experience I had with a competitor a couple of years ago when the garage door was replaced!

The service was great and Will who came out to service the door gave me all of my options and made it very easy to make a decision.
