Wrong product was delivered and I emailed and called ti speak with anyone with my issue but never got a response, On the email I got one response and when I emailed back nothing. To this day I still have the wrong product and still waiting for someone to correct it.

The Active ice came with two gel pack inserts! The hospital sent us home with only one so we were happy to get two.

So far, these are the best prices I have been able to find. I like the boardwalk brand, which always seems to have a free shipping promo. The shipping time is reliable. Ocassionally I have had a few boxes slightly damaged, but nothing that has ever made me lose money. It's been a great sight for my commercial use.
