We really like this soap and previous checkout has been simple. Today was a lot more complicated.
There was suppose to be free shipping but it was added to my order anyway. Product box delivered torn and opened.
So far so good. I have a RTC for children and I have been able to purchase my items by being give several means of payment options which I enjoy. The prices are good and the quality of the products.

I ordered a case of 90 rolls when i received the box it was all tapped up in bad shape. I was missing 16 rolls and 6 were unwrapped.I've called and e mailed all i want is a fair amount deducted from my order for the missing product

I ordered what was listed as a case of 4 bottles of disinfectant. I thought the price was great so I ordered what i thought was three cases. I turned out that when I received my order, it was only 3 bottles of the disinfectant. Even when saw the listing recently, it still has the wrong information about the amount you receive.
