The moth traps worked well attracting the male moths but I still have lots of female moths still around. Wished they sold a trap for them as well.

The order arrived very fast, but I not sure about the product. It removes some mold, but certainly not all on the first application. I am definitely having to apply it a second time maybe more. I have tried it on wood and vinyl and have had to reapply to both.

The product arrived promptly and works well. Instructions were clear and thorough. The one problem was that the second packet I opened (2 traps per packet) only had one of the pheremone red squares so one of the traps was useless.

The shipping was very fast. My bottle of cleaner appeared to have been wet, so the instructions tore and were unreadable when I opened them. However, customer service is AWESOME and emailed directions to me within an hour (if that) of me sending an email.

It was hard to tell which trap was appropriate for which moth. Ordinary people don't know the names of different moths; we may not even be sure exactly what they're attracted to. Make it easy for us: give detailed, professional pictures from multiple angles, rather than relying on amateur photos contributed by random customers. The traps are too expensive to risk getting the wrong one. I have used your traps before, and they work really well.

Product works very well, but shipping is expensive compared to the product and how quickly you receive it.

Great ease of ordering from website. Fast shipping. Do with they would put the spider traps into a plastic bag before shipping as the odor is very strong. Traps work nicely.

great product, but they don't follow through on their promos....last year i sent over 6 photos of full moth traps. promo said all pictures worth 10% off...never received. they also said 5 best picts. get 2 free traps. i never expected the free ones (gimmick)

The moth traps do not work as well as I hoped. We have placed them in several locations and have only caught a few in a week. I will still be persistent in hopes they begin to work better. At least it helps the situation a bit.

Had very minor glitch ordering on line- could have been user error. Placed a call and got a friendly real person on the line and we solved the problem. Product ordered!

You will need a power washers to get the best results. It definitely works better than a power washer alone. I'd use it again. Probably would add the extra additive just to get the best results possible.

The imagery of the product on the web appears to be a larger than the actual package. I would reco the the product but I would like better instructions on available products that will help clean stains from mold.

We have so many bugs in our house, it's ridiculous. These bug catchers are helping, I hope they get them all soon.

The product seems to work well on catching male moths, but from what I gather from reading the literature is that it won't attach females. This leaves the females free to continue to lay more eggs and the cycle will continue.

I got a defective pro sprayer attachment last year and had to re due 10 jobs. This years mix of QSE is great. Last years mix had an inconsistentancy in disolving. I've used the siding ox product this year. A little disapointed in it not disolving the grime off the siding. I do have to brush/wipe it down when not using a power washer. We use a utility pump for roof washing and try to do the same with the siding wash. The chemical isn't as effective.

This product seemed to have worked better than anything I have used yet. I noticed a markedly lower smell of mustiness in my air condidtioning vents. I may need to re-apply from time to to time but I do believe this will eventually kill the mold in my air condidtiong ducts.

The moth traps work GREAT!! The fly traps work Ok. I do not get the same results. I would buy the moth traps work again, however not so sure about the fly traps. I was happy with the delivery .... Are there any suggestions on how to make the fly traps work better? Thx Heather Brown

The product for zapping the pantry moths seemd to work for two days it got most of the moths, but really you need to find the source of where they are coming from. We have cleaned every shelf and cupboard and yet they still come back to haunt us!!

Pretty good site, but could not purchase the 1500 sq ft OX roof cleaner. If you are not selling this size anymore you should remove it from the site. Hopefully my neighbors will be willing to pay me for half of it once they see my roof. If the product works as good as you and others say, then it is a great product. Will pass along the products to my neighborhood if it works too.

I ordered the wrong trap (pantry) by mistake, and was thankful for the customer care resolution provided to get me the right traps. Thank you for your service and continued help.

website at times hard to navigate. really same information repeated in different areas, or to much information.
Not happy with applicator for only 20 ft under 8o lbs pressure.
Most city water supply is 50 lbs
