This is the first time i find myself in a similar situation
I purchased xbox series x game key (mlb the show 24) and they give me xbox one game key
I contacted support team and they said
"a human will respond in the original ticket ASAP within maximum of 12 hours"
I paid 30 dollars for this game and after 6 days no one send me a message for ensolved this matter
This is very frustating and i am very very angry, i will wait a few more days then i will go to the Police.
Bought a game key in October 2023.
Had already been redeemed. Contacted support. After 3 months of very infrequent replies and them trying to palm me off to EA to deal with it, they refused to resolve.
Ended up having to go through bank for a refund.
Atrocious customer service. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of other options out there.
Received the account information promptly but the account information was invalid and I was unable to sign into the account The email that the account was linked to also had invalid login information
contacted support and have been waiting for a reply for 22 hours I would not recommend buying this product
This is either a error in their system or a scam I am unable to tell at this moment of time
Key was already redeemed, however support hasn't replied in 3 days. This is a extremely frustrating and terrible support.

100% SCAM. Avoid at all costs. Steam Keys product listing says all games have dozens of positive reviews, and it's a selection of top rated games. All I got was a bunch of non functioning games with either 0 reviews, or all negative reviews. It's all just free Unity asset dumps made for the sole purpose to sell bulk keys on the grey market. Support refusing refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
