We chose Terri T company to do our transporting and this is our review for how they did. The pickup driver was friendly and knowledgeable about when our puppy would get to her new home and if I texted she was right back in communication with me and crates were clean and our puppy was delivered in a timely manner and still clean from pickup at our home. We will use them again for shipping and recommend to others also

Tip for consumers:
Everyone bidding on the site already having their bid amounts posted since you have to put in pickup and drop off address before your ad for transport is even posted to the site for haulers to look over

Transporting "Roxy" from Ca. To Or.
1. Thank you for providing Michael & Gwen the actual transporter. They were reliable, responsible, helpful and on time.
2. Not happy about the additional $110. Ish fee not to Michael and Gwen but to Citizen Shipper which I wasn't aware of until "Book Now" button was clicked on. I probably would have done same transaction but don't like surprises.
3. At one point making final detail arrangements... the "texting" was inconvenient. A phone call would have simplified the transaction.
