Consumer Beware

Brought computer in to recover files. Tec indicated it would take 2 weeks. 4 weeks later it still was not fixed. I spoke with everyone from the tec all the way up to the service mgr. There was little effort to rectify my issues. I took computer to another shop. I hope that you might benefit from the poor service I received.
