What an experience! This couple gave exceptional service. I cannot express enough how great and stress free this experience was. In the beginning before signing up for this travel service I admit I was extremely nervous and a little skeptical of the entire thing, but by the end of it I can say with confidence I'm glad I went with this option of travel rather than having him come by plane. This couple was extremely informative and Vert patient with me, when it came to explaining the whole process and ensuring I felt comfortable. They also ensured to have him arrive in a timely manner. They sent countless pictures of my puppy throughout the entire trip. Responded to every text and made sure to give us a GPS tracker to follow them throughout the trip so I may see their ETA and their whereabouts. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation. This company is so amazing, they drive my dog from Nebraska to Arizona, picking my dog up the 27th and getting him by the 28th with update and pictures to while drive!
