I ordered this and what a joke! No response from anyone and not only does it not work on my phone but they charged me twice!

They scam me for 30 dollars for service they never provided when I tried to chat with them they pretend that they can find info concerning me they are a bunch of scammer of mother $#*!er

This website is used to rob people they never answer and the product does not work#$#$@#$%&*?*&$#

I purchased the software for 30 dolars and it is a scam. I tried to get a refund and I contacted them. The phone number they provide does not work and I am 30 dolars poorer.
Is there something that can be done?

I too ordered this program. It is a SCAM! They do not respond for a request for help, cancellation, or a request for a refund. Do not waste your money. I realize it's only $30.00 (should have been my 1st clue - SCAM and they warn the buyer with this message after you've ordered the product 2nd clue - SCAM.

I have filed a dispute with Master Card requesting CignalSpy refund the $30.00 they scammed. I bet CignalSpy is making a mint because a lot of people will not bother to dispute $30.00 and CignalSpy threatens to prosecute if you do. See Cignal Warning Below.
