Michelle and Linda are true professionals. They greet customers and make them feel welcome, offering to help in any way they can. Going into the store and being greeted by name makes you feel like a valued customer. The Midland store is one of your best.
In the past year, I have bought many things from Christopher & Banks. The original pricing on items can be high, but there has ALWAYS been great sales/deals, so the prices are actually great. The clothes are high quality. I have been very happy with what I have ordered. Some of the clothes I bought ran big, and the return policy is excellent ( I think it's 90 days). I was even able to return some items where the tag was removed. Excellent customer service. The employees I have talked to are extremely nice. Love them :)
I could not access the site for Tell us, but I do want to let you know that our C& B store in GF, ND has the best service and selection. The girls there are all very welcoming and helpful! I order a lot online now because of the pandemic, but I still visit the store because of the nice associates working there! Also your nice selection of products! Kelly was the one to give me my last excellent service and helpful suggestions, but all of the girls are great!
Christopher and Banks's clothing is not only overpriced for what it is (average quality casual wear), but their advertising practices are deceptive. They constantly send you coupons that are practically useless (even the sales clerk at the Davenport store agreed with me), they have "special purchase items" that force you to buy two of something to get a decent price (for example two long sleeved tees for $30, or $27 each if you only need one) and racks and racks of sale clothing with no markdowns - you have to take it to the register to find the price. And don't expect these clothes to last for more than a season - they won't.
I purchased clothing from Christopher & Banks for my 87-year-old mother for Christmas. She needed to exchange sizes, so she called for return labels... Never sent. She then called customer service and was told she could not return because it was only 3 days before the 30-day time limit on return policy was up. I then called and asked for a customer service rep and was told none were available and one would call within 24-48 hours… no call was received. My mother next day aired her return to make the 30-day return policy to address on the web listed for them. I emailed them and was told that the address she sent it to was their Corp office. If I sent a tracking number they would trace for her. Three weeks later no response. I emailed again and received an email stating that they need item numbers and tracking numbers and that the address the return was sent to was the Corp office… they also stated they provided a QR scan code on the original receipt that would have directed the return to the right place., 87-year-olds don't use QR codes or know what they are! I emailed them again and asked for a call back… no. Response! Sent my final e-mail and said would be writing this review and my communication with them was done. I strong feel that they did not show support for my mother and it borders on age discrimination! At what point do not pick up the phone and assist the customer especially an elderly one?
Rather Confused.: Two weeks before Christmas, I and perhaps 2 other customers were in the Christopher Bank's store in Chambersburg. I was looking at the clothing on the wall. I did not realize that 2 employees were behind me and one shoved me aside so that she can hang merchandise up. As I made eye contact with the second employee who I read her lips which she said Hi? Needless to say, I left the store with no purchases and dissatisfied. I do have a disability which is not notable and if someone spoke to me. Like " excuse me please " I would not have heard. A tap on the shoulder or arm may have been a better approach.
I love the quality of their clothes. I think they are overpriced but I can usually find things I like easier than in any other stores. Disappointed though that they closed my local store so I have to go online or drive quite a distance to get to the store.
I visited C & B in Aspen Grove, Colorado this past week and as always, I was greeted at the door and given prompt and friendly service. The ladies there are helpful, cheerful and friendly. It is a great experience during this pandemic to be "uplifted" with their friendly and courteous manners. The sales are great at this time of year too.
I've been trying to return to items that did not fit. After contacting them by phone, I was told I would receive a UPS return lable. First time I never received it. Second time I received a lable from UPS with ominous instructions. Sizing is an issue for me. One to large and one too small. This will be my last order.
I went in to buy a few new jeans and Mary helped me find the right size and different styles! I ended up buying 4 pair of pants and two tops to accent. The service I received was GREAT!
I would recommend anyone to C&B!
I was feeling kind of low with the politics and the pandemic so I was just walking the mall when there are only 4 stores, A sweater caught my eye so I went into C&B. I was greeted right away and told of the sales. I went to the sweater that I liked and tried it on was asked if I would like a fitting room and told they are cleaned after every customer, I was relived. I decided to get the sweater and went to the counter to purchase and was told of my you get one free, so i added another sweater. It was so refreshing to have Bonnie and Roxie make me feel so Great. They were amazing and showed me items that just came in. Pleasant and dressed to the tens. I had the best experience and these gals lifted my spirits. Thank You Gals
Oct, 2020. I shop at the Northglenn Colo store, and the manager is Lisa. I had some trouble with your credit card company. Liza worked with me and got the problem resolved. I did try to contact someone at your corp office, but
Didn't receive an answer or nothing. Thanks to Liza, it was done. You have a good manager there. I enjoy shopping at your store. Nice clothes, good prices. Thanks, Jo Anne H., Broomfield, Colo.
I've shopped Christopher and Banks since I lived in Minnesota decades ago. Some of the stores near me in Colorado have closed but, thankfully, the one in Westminster CO remains as I have chosen it as the one I will continue to visit. Two of the employees at this shop, Tammy and Barbara, are excellent and I look to them for opinions. It is because of these two women that I have chosen this location and will continue patronizing Christopher and Banks at the Orchard in Westminster. They make shopping with them fun and I never leave without a few items to add to my wardrobe. They always greet me warmly and remain attentive throughout my stay, although neither are "in my face".
Along with its sister store for womans sizes, this is classic middle-aged woman's casual and career fashion - high quality but for half the price of Macy's. The average item is probably $50 for a sweater, little more for blazer, pants about $40 -- they specialize in misses sizes to 14 and Petite sizes and have a gorgeous array of sweaters and cute clothing (if you're middle-aged Midwestern like I am) as well as jeans, shorts, skirts, accessories. Click on their website THROUGH coupon cactus.com and get usually 6% cash back (they really do pay the cash back - see my review) PLUS check retailmenot.com for the latest coupon code -- I usually get 25% off my order and free shipping. I resell a lot of Christopher & Banks items on ebay not only to US customers but overseas, especially Australia, and everyone is very pleased with the quality.
I shop at the Minot, North Dakota store. It is a wonderful store - very clean - during this pandemic it is customer safe - the clerks are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.
Wanda, in your Lebanon, TN store is great! I just wrote one Review but not sure if it went through or not. Please don't close your Lebanon Store and please keep Wanda. Even though I live in Murf. TN, I have traded with your Lebanon Store mostly because it is on my way to Lebanon, TN to see my Mom at an Assisted Living. Today, I went by the Murf. Store to get a Skirt for a Barn Wedding that I have to go to. An older lady, I think her name was Cookie waited on me and she was very nice. But, I hardly ever trade at the Murf. Store and won't much because the Lebanon store is more convenient for me since I visit my Mother every weekend. I met Wanda years ago at the Bon's Worth store. She helped my Mother shop while I went a couple of stores down to Christoper Banks. Please keep the Lebanon store open and please keep Wanda as your Manager. She is great! Yesterday, I saw her make a $350.00 dollar sale. I have also spent a lot there over time and love your clothes. Susie C.
So I found a gift card that is worth $100 and this "Company" because someone in the "Company" clearly mismanaged the "Company" and since the Company went into bankrutptcy and is transitioning to a company called ShopHQ they are not HONORING their gift cards. How can that even be called a business? I guess because in all actuality consumers are seen as expendable and CERTAIN people profiting from this "Company" think consumers are expendable and there is no such thing as HONORING any type of transaction. There should be a law. Hahaha.
Love the store at Uniontown Mall. Great selection, style and prices. Always find something, the only jeans that fit!. Staff goes out of their way to help. Live, love, love this store
ALWAYS GREAT HELP AND ALL THE SALES GIRLS ARE WONDERFUL AT HELPING. AT THE WISCONSIN DELLS OUTLET CENTER
