I purchased denim knit fabric, to make a flamenco style skirt for my wife. It arrived promptly, neatly folded in a vacuum sealed package. The fabric is a lovely colour, quite accurate to the picture. Maybe a shade darker. Maybe. Very soft, with excellent drape. A pleasure to work with. Definitely will purchase from here again!
Very quick receipt of my fabric, even emailed me re shipping as I had not checked off shipping but pick up. Due to my location she actually reached out to ensure I wanted it picked up or shipped. I live 6 hours away so very happy she did as I required it to be shipped. Fabric is a good quality and I will order again. Thank you

I purchased solid coloured flannel. The quality of the flannel is what I would rate as poor. It's stiff and rough to the touch and it's so thin that it's almost see threw. I am considering not even using it on my granddaughters quilts.
I did like Christina's Fabrics website and service. I was delighted on how quickly I received my order. I simply wish it was a better quality fabric!
Hi there, I am so sorry to hear about your disappointment. I know that you had purchased the snuggle flannel, which is soft to the touch, but a little thin, the burgundy NJ Flannel which was not as soft but a little thicker. It is important that our customers be happy with their purchases and if not then we will make it right. I wish you had sent me an email or called the store prior to this so that we could have discussed this first! I will be in contact to get this rectified. I am just as disappointed in reading your review as you were in your expectations of receiving your flannel.
Order was fine although one of my fabrics turned out to be a flannel and what store advertised as a medium print to me would be large. My issue is with how it was mailed out. I was ill at the time so couldn't make it to the post office and the item was to only be held 2 days before being returned. 2 days is not adequate time for todays world. Both of these issues have made it so I won't order again

Found some sweet fabric at this online store and ordered some Christmas fabric for a special order project. Unfortunately it didn't arrive in time due to error in addressing parcel.
I have since order more fabric and it arrived quickly.
I will continue to shop with Christina's Fabric.

The fabric was excellent. I was disappointed as I thought I was ordering 2 meters and received one meter instead.I did not realized that fabric was sold by half meter, Service was great and order came in good time

I recieved my order and the fabric was in 2 pieces rather continuous. I emailed and they said they usually communicate such problems prior to shipping but for some unknown reason didn't this time. They said I could return it but that wasn't helpful
Hi Debbie, again my apologies. You really could have sent it back just like I asked you to. I did let you know that this fabric was a discontinued line and there was nothing that I could really do other than reimburse you upon receipt. I gave a very sincere apology and offered you what I thought was a fair deal. You told me that you were going to keep it and try to piece it together for the backing of a quilt! If you were looking for more you should have made it known to me. Not sure why you didn't just send it back.
Purchased premium Colorworks cotton, advertised as "soft as silk" not soft as advertised. I was excited to receive but was disappointed.
Delay in delivery but realize delivery was not under their control.

Recently ordered a few last minute pieces of material to make winter dog bandanas for a fund raiser. Order was filled quickly and when some material was short the company reached out to offer substitutions before shipping which saved a lot of time. Definitely will order again.

There was a problem with my order and I emailed them on a Sunday (hoping to hear back the next day) and they got back to me right away. They went above an beyond to fix the mistake. You never know what the quality or service will be like when you order from someone new online. I was very much pleased with both. The website was easy to navigate and buy from. There was a glitch (on my end) with a new postal code but that was handled so fast and efficiently and the fabric arrived quickly, compact and without a ton of extra packaging. I will order a lot more from here.

Had to wait for order longer than expected, which was okay, due to the pandemic. I was disappointed in the quality of the broadcloth. It was polyester cotton, very thin as you can see through it. The color was good. Would not order fabric on line again
