My 21 delivery days is almost up and i have asked on whatsapp. E. mail tried phoning Johannesburg to see when i will get my parcel. But no answer from anywhere after i paid my money. Is China Brands a scam. Why would they not answer me if they were legit.

Bought stuff online paid for it. Reply was it will be delivered within 21 day still I'm waiting. Ask about it and now they told me it has been for quality check must I wait for another 21 days before my stuff are dispatched imagine my frustration with this. Still waiting since forever

This is the worst customer service i have ever met. The shop belongs to the same company that GEARBEST does, but the service is even worse. Package never arrived and i send them a message asking for a refund or a replacement, but they didn't respond. I also opened a ticket and when they decided to respond they sideways accused me as a liar, telling that there is no proof if i received the order or not, knowing that i had already purchased many things from them and all arrived normally, so i why i would decide lie now.

Bad! Really bad! Never used again. They will let you lose a lot of money! Most of my customers want to return the products or refund (poor quality, slow delivery, missing accessories, even missing package!) Chinabrand can't resolve all these problems so finally the seller will be the one to pay all refund and get nothing! I'm so pissed with them! The customer service also sucks, they did not help you resolve the problem. One time I had conversation with the live chat service, when I told her I want refund, she said we can't do that and left the live chat! How rude!

I purchase their VIP services and I thought this will be a good dropshipping site, but unfortunately, I am totally wrong! I have 10 orders which out of these 10 orders 1 is I ordered myself for trial. Of course, my own order is ok as I can wait!

But the rest of the order is a nightmare for me. I click and check on each of the items before I list as I wanted to make sure the item will deliver to the country I am selling, but when the item is sold then it will become do not deliver to the country or even no stock.

No solutions are given and customer service always no reply!

My advice to you is to stay away from this site even though they are cheap!

Idk why you guys leave negative feedback. I've had 19 orders from them. A couple were delayed but everything I got was good. Maybe you're sourcing the wrong products. A+

NEVER EVER DROPSHIP OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FOOLERS, THIEVES!
I have had total of 3 orders.
1- One screen protecter. It was broken. Did they change it? - HELL NOO!
2- Ready to ride rc car - but guess what. It was just some kit with no motors and no remote control or anything. Did they help? - NO
3- I ordered another damn rc car. And guess what! It has no motors again, no remote controls and again it was a DIY kit, and i have order READRY TO RIDE truck. And this is their bloody answer:

Well, it includes all of this stuff but the rc truck has no motors, no screws, no remotes.
This is totally fooling. I have dumped over $100 to rubbish because of them, had to refund to customers and lost 2 great custoemrs!

Compre en el sitio y como a veces vienen cosas de excelente calidad a veces son copias baratas que en ningun modo se parecen a lo ofrecido. En cuanto a la politicas de devolucion son un chiste. Si el producto sale 2 dolares y el envio 15, por ej, te devuelven los 2 dolares y el envio siempre es el doble o el triple del precio del articulo. Por tanto a leer muy bien y a buscar porque realmente hay cosas que valen la pena. NO COMPRES POR ENVIO TERRESTRE. NO TE CUBREN NADA.
