Ordered from chilis curbside I was theee 3 min early but when they brought the food out it was terrible

A couple of weeks ago I visited chilis at 257 Hartford Ave Bellingham Ma *******. My family and I asked why we were being seated at a small table at the bar. When only white people were seated in the booths. The host, an up and coming racist kid told us that the other booths weren't being used. Two minutes later when more white people came in, that same host sat those people in the booths that we were told weren't being used. When we got up to leave, a waitress asked us was there a problem. We told her what the host had done, and she took it upon herself to seat us at a booth. Her service was good, but I can't say the same for chilis as a restaurant chain. I decided then and there, never to visit a chilis ever again. Many establishments today are showing who they really are, and hire the type of people that thinks like them. If you're black, or anything other than white, please do not visit the chilis located at the address above. Because even though I stayed that day, I was with my family, and didn't make a big deal about it then. But I will never visit there again. So if you don't want to be discriminated against, don't eat at any chilis restaurant if you're not white, Because, I'm sure in Massachusetts that restaurant is not the only one that hires racist. I can't say the waitress is racist, but if the owners made a racist a host, then that says it all about chilis as a business, and there place in racist society. Funny how a Mexican themed restaurant, owned by whites, will still find a way to discriminate against
People they just don't like. So why spend your hard earned money with people like that?
We took my mother in law to dinner for her birthday! She chose to go to Chili's and this location is our favorite and the closest to our house. I ordered the steak and made it a 10 ounce. I received the first one and it was well done and I ordered it medium rare the waiter was super nice and came right over and said he would have the manager order another one it came out and it literally was mooing he came back and I had it cut open and he said I'll get my manager we'll this is where I was absolutely shocked with how rude the manager was she came over and immediately became defensive and said it's cooked to temp so that is medium rare so I said that's medium rare she said yes! I said no it's not and she again said yes it is and walked off! Never have I been treated so poorly at a restaurant! My mother's food and wife food was also cold when we received it and we ordered more beans because they were so cold and they came out again cold! Never again will any of us be going back to Chili's on eagle again! There manager is extremely rude and unprofessional!
Most rude bartender I have ever met. I will never enter a Chilis again. Totally uncalled for attitude. She told me straight up I should go somewhere else to have a drink.

I applied at Chili's in New Lenox, IL about 2 yrs. Ago on indeed no one got back to me so I decided to go In and speak to a manager about my application the manager told me I did not pass the online test without even knowing my name… okay so what right who cares no big deal. We go to Chili's several times a year to eat it's a good place to eat occasionally. My son and I decided to go eat there last weekend so we walked in we were greeted by a young lady that informed us it would be at least 35 minute wait because they are short staffed okay so we looked around and most of the tables are empty only 2 or 3 tables are occupied at the time so I told her can we sit at one of the tables and wait she said no that's a 35 minute wait however you can sit at the bar. I told her my son is 18 I won't be sitting at the bar with my 18 yr old son but if she gave us a table I would go to the bar to order she said no they can't do that so okay we went to portillos next door instead no big deal. While we are at portillos my son decided he would put in an application at Chili's score he received an invitation for an interview the next day good job kid right? Nope he went to the interview dressed proper and came back home disappointed he said the manager came in took his name and left came back a few minutes later and said sorry I'm short staffed asked him the hrs he could work he told her whenever needed she left the room again came back and said sorry I had to help get orders out and she would not be able to finish the interview. Did he get the job? Nope they won't be hiring at this time… what?
Ordered the fajitas so salty the meat was so tough could not eat, the waitress could care less if we we happy or not. We have to pay 8% for a tip even though she was horrible. So sorry I went there.
My husband arrive at the chillies at 12:15 pm it was his lunch break he placed orders for himself and me at 12:20pm then I arrived to meet him for my lunch at 12:40 pm still no food then I took a sip of the lemonade my husband order me and it taste it awful... I call fir our waitress name Tarimah she signal with her finger without eye contact then I say this lemonade has an after taste she did not apologize and walk away with the lemonade... the food arrive at 12:53 half hour later and the food was cold I had to go back to work and I ask a waitress to please locate our waitress because I needed a box to take my food as I didn't have time to eat my lunch because of the delay... every time we go to this chillies the service is bad but we give you a chance this time but it was by far the WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
Very disappointed poor quality and 10 dollers worth of up charges as they called them that were on my bill but not described in the menu. Want go there again.

Tonight, we ordered a dinner from Chili's Morrisville for us and our kids. I ordered through the Chili's app (I want to specify that it was their own app, not any third party or delivery company app) on my phone – the same order that we usually make to be delivered. We paid for the order including food, delivery charge and driver tip. It should be noted that there is no delivery choice on the Chili's app; it has only two options – curbside pick up or delivery. When the order came, it was missing the kids' food, so I called Chili's trying to get it re-delivered. The lady on the phone said that I ordered through Door Dash and that I should address any issues directly with Door Dash. Chili's doesn't care and wouldn't do anything. I didn't order through Door Dash. I ordered through the Chili's app. I didn't even choose Door Dash. But the lady on the phone at Chili's didn't care, she just repeated her mantra that I ordered through Door Dash. Then her manager picked up and said almost literally the same thing. Stymied by the fortress-like brick wall that was the idiocy of Chili's' staff, I called Door Dash. Silly me. They said that because I ordered through Chili's, they couldn't issue a refund. Only Chili's could. They also refused to re-deliver because Chili's wouldn't pick up the phone when Door Dash called, and they refused to try again. Both Chili's and Door Dash suggested that we drive over and pick up the missing food (while the delivered food was getting cold and the kids were hungry). Alternatively, Door Dash could send a request to Chili's for a refund (no guarantee though). All we wanted was to have a nice family dinner. I've never experienced more atrocious service, more apathetic responses, or more colossal stupidity in my life, and I've had a pretty fulsome life. Fair to say that next Friday, we will be ordering elsewhere. Chili's clearly doesn't care about their customers, and they refuse to provide even a modicum of customer service. There are plenty of other options to choose from.
First of all I would like to say that I have been to Chili's quite a few times. And being a former server I would say that I am overall a harder to please guest. I have always had good service at Chili's. And the food has always been satisfactory. I am writing this review because my last experience at Chili's I ordered curbside. I had originally made my order online. After completing and paying for my order I realized that they offered a special that included both of my entrées and appetizer and dessert that I had already ordered. And the special was $20 cheaper than my bill already was. So I called up and spoke with the manager and she discounted my bill and gave me the price of the specials. With no problems. My food was good and the curbside service was very fast. I definitely do not believe that they should have such a poor rating. But then again most people only leave bad complaints and rarely take the time to leave a good review. I am pleased with Chilies and will have no problem going there any time.
People that attend suck I don't even stay 5 min took them over 10 min to sit my family down even they where almost empty
A friend and I went to chili's on okeechobee in westpalmbeach florida *******, I had the worst experience of my life in that restaurant. The waitress was awful. The service was non existent. They have a deal 3 for $10.99. That includes a drink, a salad and a entre. Tonight was a Margherita night. If you upgraded to a drink, it would be $2.69 more. I had a coupon for free chips and salsa. The waitress never came back with it until I asked 3 times. It got brought the table after the food was served. We asked for boxes to go and our bills. The waitress did not come. My friend had to go to the kitchen to get boxes. The bill came, it was wrong. She tried to charge me for the free chips and salsa and 5.00 per drink., not the $2.69 that was listed in the menu. She said she fixed the bill, she lied. I then told her I was good with numbers and I cought her trying to cheat me. She then laughed and said she w ouldnt cheat me- that's cause I cought her. Then the manager tried to charge us for tap water the same price as a glass of soda. After arguing with this lovely manager for 10-15 minutes, he said he would give us a glass of pop to go. All we wanted was a nice dinner and that never happened. At this restaurant the customer is never right or listened too. Public beware.
