Ordered a coat/jacket after seeing it on Facebook, when it arrived it is different to images advertised, coat very much sorter on me than the model and I'm average size in height so model must be very petite. The other issue is the hood does not stay up on its own, could do with tiers or a fastening to keep up and secure. Other than that I guess you get what you pay for.
Ordered 2 items, took approx 6 weeks to arrive. No communication at all I had to chase. They arrived one was ok a dress didn't fit. Problems trying to return they came back offering 50% off and I didn't need to return. Why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit. Despite me asking numerous times to return I just kept being offered a discount. Eventually they accepted but charged me £5 postage for a small parcel posted to an English address
Ordered several items costing me over £100 back in early March and although I have a good response from my questions chasing my order it's still not here nearly 6 weeks later. I ordered the items for a holiday in May thinking I had plenty of time but we are getting closer and still no goods. Have given me a refund on two items now not available, I guess as it's been so long waiting for them and now want to offer me a discount on my next order, Haven't had this one yet! So that definitely won't be happening.

Ordered several long sleeve shirts and sweaters only 1 fit the others were too large in the sleeve cuffs and to tight in the waist.
The return process is horrible they continually haggled trying to get me to keep over a 100$s worth of clothing I could not wear and offered me coupons off next order, then offered me 30% if my money to keep the non useful items and I'm still waiting and demanding an address to return items I received over a week ago that don't fit!

I like the clothes and the quality is ok however delivery time is long and the sizing is a stab in the dark. The worst part for me is trying to send my returns. I have asked for a return address to confirm I am sending to the correct place and have heard not know g. Returns need to be made more obvious. Unfortunately at this rate I don't think I'll be ordering again which is a shame. This is difficult!

I waited almost 2 weeks for a black two piece short set that I ordered. Nothing like the picture. I ordered extra large and the top was small so I can't fit it. I'm very upset because once again nothing like picture

I ordered 4 items, 2 of them were absolute low quality, would probably not survive a wash. The other 2 were okay, not great.
I requested a full refund for the 2 items, and I asked where to ship them back to ChicMe.
The reply offered a $5.00 account credit or a partial refund of $10.00. After a couple more emails going back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me, but I had to pay for shipping.
It's just not worth the headache, the 4 items I ordered were really low quality, plus the headache they gave me to get a refund.
Don't waste your money on this company.

The clothes appeared cute on website but I was disappointed in the quality. The clothing shipped from China so I'm kinda worried I'm not going to get my money back. I sent a return request via email since the customer service # didn't work. So we shall see... I can't judge the customer service fully as I don't know if they will process my return.

I requested a refund on an outfit but was told only 14 days, having ordered a week or so before our vacation, by the time we got home they wouldn't allow a refund. I explained I had fallen sick in US and been to hospital, so not been dressing up, as planned, and going out every night, but no sympathy what so ever just 'no return after 14 days' very poor and impersonal, shan't be using them again

Even getting the "huge" discounts didn't make a difference. None of the outfits were even remotely close to fitting, at least two sizes or maybe more too small. The gal I bought for is a medium in VS and pretty much every other nightware/sexy time items. The mediums were so small that they'd be tight on a size 2 woman. Then there is the quality, didn't expect VS or the like for the price, but was at least expected a few nights worth of fun, but nope, even if they had fit (good luck) they'd probably been one and done.

Return policy is stated to contact them first before refund. They did reply - with an offer to keep the items and a $15 or 10% refund option (laughable!). I pushed back and let them know I would be happy to give them a poor review worthy of their offer every time their company appeared in my timeline. They then replied back to return the items within 2 days and they would provide a refund for full product price minus the shipping insurance, and that I would need to pay for return shipping (which I was expecting). Much better considering it was an over $130 order. Buyer - beware of wording in refund policies, and while we shouldn't need to negotiate... that is some companies style! :(

I have bought a few lingerie from Chic Me and the quality is cheap for the price. The items I bought is worth more than half of what I paid for. I am better off paying double in the mall and getting better quality. Look at below pic. It's so cheap that it already had a hole where the fur is located at. My fingers fit in there. Don't buy from Chic Me. The other items are as cheap as these. I will Never buy again from Chic Me.

Easy shopping great prices. Your return policy is not great. Two of the items are way too big and my last choice to return is to return the merchandise at my expense and you only give me 10% discount of the value of the goods. That is terrible customer service all the other sites offer 100% full refund prepaid shipping, so I will not be ordering from chic me anymore no matter how good your prices are.

Of course ordering and paying easy, used Klarna. Order processed immediately. However, then sat for two weeks waiting to be packaged. Had to chase twice, of course they give you the old COVID excuse for delays. Finally shipped 3 weeks after order placed. Was delivered much quicker than stated once despatched. Items, overall disappointing, quality. Don't think I will shop here again.

Half my order came late because it was "out of stock" 2 weeks AFTER i bought it which makes no sense. Everything i ordered looked bad on me except like 1 thing but even that was too see through to even wear. I wanted to return all the items and they said you just have to do it within 14 days (which i did) and they gave me $4.98 back from an $84 order. I got to keep the clothes but I didn't even want to because they're so bad. Idk if anyone will see this but please, save your money. Similar clothes are sold on shein which I personally love.

Buying from ChicMe was fine. Delivered fairly quickly. Some items weren't great quality. But that's what you get from off brand clothes. The only reason I wouldn't buy from ChicMe again is their customer service is HORRIBLE and FRUSTRATING. They took longer in handling my return and refund than it needed to be handled. Worse refund/return process I've ever experienced, and that's coming from a lot as I shop online a lot. ChicMe clothes are cute but not worth it.
Worst customer service. They were trying to negotiate with me about my returns not allowing me to get a full refund AND not return my item. Like I'm asking to return my stuff because I have no use for them and I don't want them anymore. Yet the customer service people were trying to make me keep them. The process to finally get my refund and return my items back took 2 weeks.

I ordered my items Sunday, the 5th and its the 9th and still "processing." At this point, I won't order from them again as it shouldn't take any reputable business 7+ days to process an order but 2 minutes to take my money. I'm hoping to change this review to positive... in August when I'll probably get my items (if I'm lucky). To the company (if they view this): once I receive my items and I'm satisfied I will change/update my review immediately.

It took forever to receive merchandise. I order from a similar on-line shop and get my merchandise within 10 days. Two of the tops I really liked were too tight. Normally I would ask for a larger size but I am not going through that wait period again. It's too bad. You lost a potentially good customer. I called the phone number, left my name and call back info and never got a call back.

I was so excited to receive the items I ordered. I ordered my normal size and none of the items fitted. So I wanted to return. I emailed an received a response quickly. I was offered 2 options for the return $10 off next order I ordered the larges size available or a partial refund of 20%. I would not need to return. I have 5 items that I am paying for and can't wear. I would not recommend ordering. Sizes are terrible.

This item arrived and it is very poor quality and fit. Another order I made offered me a discount coupon until we got to the Paypal payment screen when suddenly, the coupon mysteriously disappeared. I contacted customer service to either get the coupon re-attached or to cancel the order. They offered a much smaller coupon on a future order. Yeah, right! I cancelled the order. It took several attempts to get that concept through to the CS people.

Company manufacturers cheap ill fitting clothing and when you try to return they keep offering you discounts to keep knowing you said the clothes do not fit. Never again. Save your money as this company is hard to deal with and sends out substandard items.
Placed order on-line 2/7, was notified one of the items was out of stock 10 days later, received first item 3/10, second item 3/14. While items were of good quality, lead time from ordering to receipt, 31 & 35 days was unacceptable. If I have to allow four to five weeks for delivery, especially on gift items, I'll probably exercise other options.
