I keep telling myself I'm not going to fall for these sites. I even tried to do a little research, don't know where they are getting their positive reviews from. Poor quality, cheap fabric, kind of like costume quality. And you can tell that they've tried to make a knockoff of the picture that they are showing, but the fit in quality and construction is nowhere near par.
I hope you never have to try returning anything. My dresses were too small and I have tried for four days now, sending multiple emails asking for a return address and they will not reply to any of my requests. I feel this website just takes your money and is not honest about the return policy. No customer service replied on repeated requests.
I ordered this dress in xl. It was tight in the bodice so I ordered again in 2xl. When I looked at the history it appeared the company sent another xl. I really liked the dress so I ordered again, knowing I'd return the wrong size. Turns out they did send the proper size the second time so I do have some returning to do. The company seems attentive so hopefully the returns will happen without a problem.

I just tracked the expedited shipping on the second dress and I see you sent it in XL, not 2XL. When it arrives I'll now have to return both dresses. In the meantime I just ordered it again, requesting (and paying for) expedited shipping. I need this dress in 3 weeks so I'm hoping the 3rd time is a charm.
It was easy to order online. I accidentally put the wrong address for my order and when I contacted them through email they quickly responded and fixed it. My order came earlier than I expected.
