We have ordered the pocketed bib aprons in Kelly green and were pleased. However, we ordered the basic bib apron with no pockets and were shocked by the terrible quality of this product. Every apron was a different shade of green, stitching and seams were falling apart and thread was all sorts of weird colors. The tie straps were advertised as braided nylon but were not. Because it was past 5 days complaint time there was no refund offered. But even if these went back to the company I cannot imagine anyone else being stuck with this product. They are so bad we can't even give them away.
I ordered a pair of shoes needed for work. Took so long to ship I had to buy another pair. When I wanted to send them back(unopened) I was told it would be at my own expense. Who does business this way? Shoes bought online often have issues. Customer service was not helpful at all.

I have generally been very satisfied with this online company until I discovered that my most recent order was short 4 items. I reached out to customer service and the young lady was very helpful. She assured me that she would get back to me and she did the following day. This is where things seem to have taken a turn for the dark side of this business. She says that after speaking with the shipping department my order was all there based upon the weight when it left their facility. Someone needs to calibrate the scales because I am shirt 4 shirts and I have yet to hear back from them since I suggested they check the scales. 3 orders in less than a month and they have received my last one until I get my shirts that I paid for!

Be careful what you actually receive once your order arrives.

I ordered three pairs of pants that came to big - I ordered XL but needed L and not in stripes but checkered. They approved the returned so I paid for them to be returned and instead they rejected my return and sent it back. I spent 40$ on pants I can't wear and they don't care. Will ne we recommend them

I just received 2 Chef coat that are way too big and after talking to customer service, they are not accepting returns! One is still in the package and has not even been opened.
This is the worse customer service experience I have ever received!
