This Check'n Go that we wanted to ask for a friend, Karen is the Rep that helped me with my questions. She dismissed about 3 customers because they once again said corporate only allow them to speak English. I am actually still in disbelief. This check'N Go has and will loose a numerous customers. She was late from her lunch break and had the worst attitude ever. I will be filing a law suit for degrading all those ppl that left embarrassed. The store =home number is *******523. I have 200 + employees and they don't walk around feeling grandiose attitude. This will be on social media everywhere. What era are or should I say she think she lives in. *COME ON, REALLY CORPORATE WHAT HAPPEN TO OUR CORE VALUES! I have a 2 Masters degrees and I am a lecturer at a university in Southtexas hope you realize all the business your loosing with the employee every one much see first.
Been trying for 3days to complete my application. Was approved, but they added some random number to my account and now I can't get the verification code to e-sign my application. For 3days I have been trying and spoke to several people and all of them have been inept. No one can seem to fix the issue. Its the most inept company I have ever had to deal with.
I recommend using another company.

First of all, apparently the website and physical locations are different companies, yet both use the same website? So if you decide to get a loan online, you won't be able to physically retrieve your funds at any nearby physical location like you can with Speedy cash. Speaking of other payday lenders, Speedy cash and others have a lower interest, so it really doesn't5 make much sense to take out a loan with Check n Go anyhow. Also, this is the first place I've ever done business at who will not take an early payoff, which is VERY dumb. They will make you wait until the scheduled payday. This company really needs to get its $#*! together, perhaps they need a new CEO who will restructure the entire company.

Applied for payday advance - was told that some info could not be verified. Asked the customer service rep Josiah what info could not be verified - he just repeated the statement louder. OK, I get that, what particular info could not be verified? Again, he repeated the statement even louder and slower this time.
Drop the attitude, buddy. Show some professionalism.

Checkngo.com is just as bad as Western Union. They charge super high interest rates and their customer service is bad to boot. They really should be a last resort if you just cannot get money anywhere else. Checkngo how do you feel about yourself? Rich, probably.
