Marcus was excellent assisting us to find best flight deal for chicago from London as our booked flight was sold out,he found another flight suitable for us and made sure to matched same price, he has a great customer service skills,we will definitely will be using Check N Fly for our future trips

What a refreshing and helpful experience. I was contacted by Brad from Check N Fly to confirm my flight details and as it turned out, I had made a mistake with the return dates. Brad was incredibly helpful and determined to do his best to resolve my problem. He sorted it all out and managed to upgrade me to a better airline and times, for so much less extra than i expected. My flights should have been non refundable, so he really went the extra mile and got a penalty fee waived for me. I really am so grateful. My trip will be so much more pleasant thanks to Brad's exemplary customer service. Very impressive. I'll definitely book again with Check N Fly for my next trip!

I dealt with Jenny on the telephone. I had some concerns regarding a flight time change, Jenny investigated and got back to me after he had resolved the issue. Will use the company again

Disgusting sales tactics. They don't sell you the flight tickets as purchased online but attempt to sell you pricey tickets instead. They would give you all kinds of excuses of booked tickets not available. Still waiting for refunds.

Purchase tickets from airlines website directly and you would find life easier.

This agency is a two bit micro company trading from a dingy terrace house in Weymouth. Other domain names are flightoworld & flymachine - all registered to Air Fairs Ltd - ******* A one man band run by an Indian "Barry Robinson."

If you engage in a call or online chat this will be with a contracted indian call centre - who's staff anglicize their names.

I found this "Agency" after a skyscanner search. The flight I was interested in was almost £200 cheaper than the airlines website price. Id never heard of this agency before and it was the first time Id seen it on skyscanner. Jetcost threw up the same agency with a different price as did searching direct on their own website. Alarm bells started to ring as I was thinking this would lead to a classic "Bait & switch" sales tactic which is illegal in the uk and I've fallen for it before (but achieving a victorious county court claim against the agent concerned)

Anyways I started an online chat with "Steven". I always request a transcript so I wasnt worried. I asked for confirmation of flight price and availability and asked for the ticketing turnaround time. Price was confirmed and i was told "By 1800hrs same day" To which was acceptable to me. However at 1720hrs that day I received an email stating that it would take 24 to 48rs as it had been sent for ticketing. I informed "Steven" that the turnaround was not acceptable and I required it that same day. I advised bonafide agents use a GDS system to allow for immediate ticketing and i expected the same. The agent sent the flight details and a link to pay. I never give a phone number as they simply dont need one. But thats what these agencies will use to prize more money from the customer.

I paid for the flight, informed the agent and waited. Nothing. I ended the chat. After 24hrs I emailed and was given excuse after excuse - its queued for ticketing, software crash, airline system is down etc etc. I reminded that I had full confirmatory transcripts and emails. I was told to "wait another 48hrs." Nope!
After in total, 48 hrs I sent them a notice and demand for full refund for failure to supply the ticket. That their own T&Cs did not apply as they had failed even to supply. I also wrote and sent notice to their registered office. For the next 24hrs I was ignored. Finally on day 4 I received an email from "Ricky" with a banking document for a failed/refunded transaction. A further 3 days later the transaction was cancelled and no money was charged from my account.

This whole experience was a disaster. However I got the refund. Because i was cleverer than the fraudsters I was dealing with.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Any positive reviews here by one review wonders are and will be fake.

Go elsewhere. There are plenty of credible and honest agencies who will turn around and issue the ticket almost immediately. I've been flying the same airline/same route for almost 5 years - checknfly isn't one of them. They are scammers and fraudsters and its headed up by a one man band ltd company.
