Bought a GHD off this site

Bought a GHD off this site. Not alone did they charge an extra €4 on top of the €89 for the product, but it was actually a counterfeit straighteners. Checked the hologram code with GHD and they have confirmed that it isn't a legitimate item. Tried to post a review on the site, but of course they didn't approve it.
