I too thought that this mail order cigar company looked good on line... BOY was I wrong! My order was over $88 with the same shipping charge mentioned over $11 two weeks before I went on vacation with the intention of taking them with me... WRONG! I ordered them on November 1st and I finally canceled the order after calling and emailing and not being able to talk to anyone on November 27th. DON'T USE THEM!
The website for the first look, looks ok, but try to order any thing from them, they will charge you $11.31 to ship you a box of cigars in 5 days and here I'm 29 days later and no show. If you try to call the customer service, they are always at lunch. I will never use them ever again, they are the absolute worest.
