The WORST customer service and they will STEAL your money!

Ordered well in advance for Halloween only to be informed that the item is not in stock anymore a week later and they would refund me... well 3 weeks later, 7 emails and 2.5 hours of waiting on HOLD and NO REFUND!
No one helps you, no one returns emails. 1 hour wait times per call (probably because everyone else is calling to complain about something!)
I do NOT recommend this company at all.
There are numerous bad reviews, I wish I looked before I fell for it.
