I placed an order for small jewels/charms but it is impossible to contact them ...! The "Contact Us" doesn't work. To pay I was redirected to "payitrust" that paied to "SH XINGJU INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD".
After one week my order status is still "processing"

I strongly fear it is a scam.
