I have been to Ukraine 2 times for a week each time. I have met the lady from the site. It is not cheap to be on the site. The letters are about $6 each and the gifts are 2 times more than list price in the U S. I had to spend $1000 on the site before I could meet the lady. There seems to be no way around the Agency that runs the website. The ladies must follow the rules of the Agency to make their money. I think the ladies get a share of money that they lure to the site. I think the ladies have a vested interest in getting letters and gifts. I have spent around $4000 on gifts and over $600 on the letters and I do not know if the relationship is real. I say pay your penny and take your chance; it may be great. I am expecting a great outcome. The 3rd visit is late summer; this will be the beginning or the end. I will see! The photo is from the Pottery Museum near Poltava, Ukraine.
I bay so many credits that I could get the contact info from The woman with who I wason chat., but her internet was not so good, so I couldnt use the free email adres. I went also at Krim to meet her and finaly she didnt spoke Englisch and I had to pay translator anytime we went uit. Nice woman, likes honest., but she was playijng her rolle. For the money.
Dont buy not even one credid!
I've been 3 months on this site.
Due to my personal experience, there are two types of accounts in there: Fakes and Frauds!
The fakes are all Ukrainian/Russian gorgeous looking ladies who send endless messages, pictures and videos to you and do anything to make you to send a message or sticker, which you have to pay for them of course.
They Never ever contact you out of that system, even if you put your email address on your Bio or on your profile picture (I've tried both).
I guess if there are real people behind those accounts and if they're who the pictures belong to, they're just some kind of contractors who are paid a percentage of what you spend.
The second group, Frauds, are the ones who are not official members and have their email/phone number on their pictures.
These people are all Americans who live in Ghana! Isn't that interesting.
No need to say that they're after your money and if you have an excuse for transferring money, they would be satisfied with a cellphone, camera or anything you can send them!
Bottom line, there's nothing real in these sites but the "Money for nothing" as Mark Knopfler said!
This site is nothing but a money making scheme, stay clear of it, it's easy to get hooked but don't get conned stay well clear every one please
I have been on the site long enough to know that some women have their photos on other sites. Okay, no problem there. However, when contacted on Marmeladies, they seem to have no recollection of chatting on Charmerly. Marmeladies actually had one of the women on their site make a video of herself telling me she was real. However, she did refuse to use my private email address. So was she earning money from Marmeladies, or just being cautious? I have had two women on Charmerly provide a photo of themselves holding a card with my name. So they were real. I have had a woman on Charmerly tell me flat out we were not a match and forget further correspondence with her. So she obviously was honest and was not after a wage writing to men on the dating site. Of the 4 I invested enough to get their email address... one repeatedly refused to release her address claiming she was a bank executive in Kiev and afraid her computer could be hacked. I have enough information on her to think she really does work for a bank. The next was a model from St. Petersburg. She was way too young, but we corresponded and still have an odd email between us. The third quit writing to me shortly after releasing her personal email address. I think she was genuine, but just quit the correspondence because I really am too old for her. I think she finally agreed with me, the age difference is too great. The fourth is in Moscow and she did reply to a couple of messages on two of my email addresses. She claims she can not access her email account and claims to have sent me emails. I am unsure. I just contacted Charmerly support about this. My question, is email really unreliable in Russia and is it possible she never received my emails? On another occasion I found a suspicious profile and notified Charmerly and that profile disappeared. My general impression... the site is too expensive. I think there is likely an element of truth behind the women... after all telling the truth is easier to remember than lies. I am done with Charmerly... it is a giant sink hole for money. Yes, if you use a translator costs will be higher. However charging what they do for a photo or video is borderline to robbery. I will await their investigation on my Moscow contact. I do like the woman in Moscow. She has my phone number and if she really likes me and eventually phones... great. I can understand some trepidation on her part to phoning... being nervous, language etc. Charmerly is like many of these sites eastern European sites... they high grade their women for looks... and you pay for this. If you want a dating site more like what you find in North America, look at Elena's Models or Ukrainian Date. My Moscow contact explained that women in Russia, at least some of them, just want to be married and age is not a consideration. You have to remember the ratio of men to women is lopsided and men are in short supply.
Everyone loves to have someone to talk to, but the signs are there. Notice everyone on there has professional photos and are all professionals themselves. Like lawyers, doctors ect. Ya right. You don't even need to put a picture of yourself on there and all of a sudden you have tons of hot women liking you. Okay. Ask this simple question and they flip. Ask them to post a new photo with 3 things. Glass of water, a rock and a stick for an example. Not gonna happen. Because it's not the person you're talking to. They most likely bought those photos or run a talent modeling company. Try it. They give you 20 credits free.
5 star all the way! Go for it Very efficient and excellent service. Very friendly, courteous and very prompt. Thanks for Excellent service and also very good price.
Victoriahearts is the same way I spent a whole bunch of money I spent $3,000 to get a girl sent took plus Hotel I'm had one day to look very promising and it was supposed to last week and she disappeared because she had her. And could not call or answer me anymore she disappeared I mean it was so obvious it was a rip-off Apes happened to me time and time again they love me more than my life but when you get there problems arise they're hooked up with a bunch of other websites they all share money that you don't get straight answers when you ask them for it questions and the site perfect match is in on it too that's where I met and the Masters Anna Masters sir lady Anna it's a big joke but they're beautiful I'll give you that
Ks. As much promises it shows they have so many loopholes written into the there real book that a validated member which is supposed to be the real person could be a man you can't sue if you'll read carefully you might spend a year on a girl and then to go to meter and find out that's not her I'll give it a-2 star rating I mean less than zero it's Criminal my bank screams fraud every time I send money over there so I can buy time
Guys, you talk to groups of men, selling their women for your hard earned money. They manipulate, lie, cheat and steal- all for the purpose of money. It's a job for them- they are called "Breeders" and they have worked hard, practiced and studied, to fake photos and especially videos, to milk money from your wallet. I was caught on charmerly website, multiple times these men, who I thought were women, were draining my wallet. I even visited Ukraine, they have paid taxi drivers, translators, on their payroll. After your money is drained, they have a company party - sending the workers on paid vacation, by what you spent to get a girl. Your money gets their vacation. They move from their villages, to an apartment, it's your paid money, and if you waste a trip there, they disappear to their hidden village, with many excuses explaining how hey couldn't meet you. All things are photo shopped, skillfully done as they have years of experience doing so. Nothing is the truth here, if they ask for money, your screwed. GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN, YOUR A TRAVEL RISK!

Scam artists out for you! Scum of the Earth
This in part of a sophisticated international scam that is designed to lift money from your bank account. 'Charmerly' is the same as 'Victoria Hearts;' 'Victoria Brides;' 'Anastasia;' 'Match Truly;' 'Love Swans;' "Ukrainian Charms" and 'Valentime.' There is no competition between them, they are all part of the same sad syndicate. There are a growing number of these sites. It is a billion $ industry. Incredibly beautiful and sexy girls who are way out of your age range (and actual chance to develop a relationship with) appear to want you; whatever you say, or do or are. Take 'Ekaterina' member ******* on all the web sites mentioned above. She is really Katerina Milevskaya, fashion and glamour model, aged 23 from Kiev/Moscow. On Instagram she is 'milevskate' There she has 457k followers. It is most unlikely 'she' is on-line on all these sites 24/7 (as appears to be)! Instead, 'agents' (men and women) take commission working shifts writing for the profile. They mercilessly encourage you to look at videos, each costing 50 credits (most are available free on her Instagram); write a mail; cost 30 credits, view photos in a mail; cost 10 credits (most again are available on her Instagram) as well as sending astronomically priced gifts (charged through credits). I sent a gift, and received a photo of the gift, but pictured with it was an entirely different girl! Customer support response; "Girl look terrible without make-upI" I only did that the once! Direct questions are rarely, if ever responded to. The girls are implicated as only some of the photos and videos are on Instagram. When you have spent 3000 credits sites promise that you can ask for contact details. When you receive the details, they don't work! The girls are most usually Ukrainian (on the sites listed above), but there are also similarly syndicated sites of women from other areas of the world run by the same outfit, based in Cyprus, registered in America. The scams appear an acceptable part of regular (irregular) corrupt and deceiving business practices. Where ever the money goes (it's a world-wide scam) who knows! Frustratingly no one seems able or want to address the sophisticated deceits with the crooks responsible! AVIOD ALTOGETHER!
Answer: Don't contact these people, most likely they are scammers. Sooner or later they'll come up with stories and ask you to help them out. I found my love on https://j4l.com/402007 And I know that it's a reliable and trustworthy site, so I'd like to recommend it for fellow guys and also to warn them about plenty of scammers to watch out for on Charmerly. I had nearly became a victim of one of them. Luckily my daughter had saved me from such failure.
Answer: Most of them are not... for Gods sake make a google search on their pictures before you spend time and money on any of the "girls". Some pictures are real pictures of ie. Actresses but when you contact the actress they get really upset because someone is usung their picture!
Answer: You're question is as phony as the women's profiles on Charmerly.com. As there is no way that you can get any address from any woman who you think you are chatting with. Take your phony question and put it where the moon doesn't shine liar!
Answer: 100% of this ladies are from Accra Ghana Africa, 50% of these ladies are guys pretending as women. They are all from USA but now they live in Accra because their parents are sick or some other excuse. Be smart they are all scammer and show you video of nude picture and video of prostitute, and they ask for money later when they become friend with you. No beautiful Ukrainian or American girl will write you, Ukrainian they do not have internet. None of these scammer are from USA and they are all born in Sin city Accra!
