These guys are scam artists! They take your money, never respond to emails, phone calls and never send you your products! I ordered rings on November 23 2019 and I never received anything. After multiple attempts to contact them with no success, I filed a fraud report with my credit card company. They don't even deserve 1 star but you're forced to select 1.

I ordered a Raptors jersey and a new phone case on November 30th. Cratos is located in Toronto and I live in Mississauga and have yet to receive any of my ordered items. This is completely unacceptable. There is no reason it should take four weeks to ship items one city over. At this point I would rather have a refund seeing as Christmas has now come and gone.
I never received my product. I ordered over a month ago now and it still hasn't come in. I have sent numerous emails and called many times the number provided on their website. This was a total scam and I want my money back!
Still haven't got my stuff I ordered, I emailed them to say that, no response.
Never received the item. No notifications that it was shipped. Probably fraud site
Product was not in stock as advertised - the jersey still has not been received. The tracking information I was sent is not valid and I've heard nothing in regards to my emails, text messages and Facebook messages regarding an update.
BUYER BEWARE!
My experience has been horrible. My order has never arrived in customer service is completely unresponsive. Thanks for ruining a Christmas surprise.

The fact that this email was sent to me is a joke! I never expected to be scammed around Christmas. People have family's to feed and your company is taking money out of our pockets! It makes me sick to think this happens to me. My order was a gift for someone and they did not receive it and made me look like a horrible person. I did not get any email telling me my package was shipped and Most of all I did not receive my order. I reached out numerous amounts of times through email and was never replied to. When I finally brought up lawyer, I was then responded to and Pretty much told to keep waiting. Why would I be sent this email? If I do not receive my money back I will still Pursue a case with my lawyer. I am just speaking to the banks to see if I could have them get my money back first. Will hear from my lawyer soon if my bank can't pull through.
