Champion Power Equipment

I love this power washer, no problems at all, love it best one we've ever had. You need to keep the back of the machine towards you, while using so the hose doesn't come in contact with the exhaust, I know people burn their hose because the machine is facing them. I watched to make sure that didn't happen as it had in the past, when we had a gas one years ago. This one takes 1/4 time to do my house compared to my last electric one. I am so excited and happy with this purchase. We also have a champion log splitter where we have done over 100 cords with, starts up right away, and also have a generator... no problems with these machines. None at all... thank-you champion for your high quality equipment!

Just bought this for backup power. Looks well made and instructions were easy to follow. Added fuel and oil started on all 3 starting options easily. It would be nice if the cover had a flap with velcro on it do you can lift up the handle and move the unit around without removing the cover.

I am generally satisfied with my purchase considering the price point and quality. However when opening the carrying case the first time use normal pressure one of the latches broke. I did advise the Champion Tech Support Team in this regard, at least they have one so maybe they can improve in the latch system going forward. The Saw came fully assembled, with gloves, chain oil and two stroke oil so just had to mix the gas and get to work.

Needed a small generator to run our freezer and or the refrigerator if we would lose power which happens a lot during the monsoon season. We looked at a lot of generators and found this brand which has great review good and was priced well. We ordered it from home depot on line and had in about 5 days. We used propane to test the start up and fired right away.

Due to flooding in the yard, we had to purchase a water pump. Not stuck on specific name brand, we bought the 2"semi-trash water pump by Champion, as it was on sale at Canadian tire and came with attachments. Easy set up and start( pumps like a Champ)... only concern the hoses were too short and made of cheaper material. Sprung pinhole on discharge hose and suction hose very rigid and difficult to straighten.

I got my new duel fuel generator in January, during the summer while I was running the unit I started hearing noises and discovered the power generator had been assembled incorrectly. Being under warranty I called champion where they sent me to a local repair shop that found it to have a bad bearing and had it repaired within a week or two. However over a month later and I'm still waiting for champion to pay the bill so I can get my generator back.

I bought a 5500w Champion inverter generator that died after few hours of running.
I've spent weeks calling Champion to get a return authorization from corporate. I would never buy or recommend buying Champion product unless you're willing to go through hell returning their worthless crap. I never dealt with such horrible customer service.
BE AWARE.

After running a full tank of gas the engine began to pulsate... and eventually stop running. The only way I could keep it running was to open the gas cap. If I closed the gas cap tight the engine would stop. Besides that, the splitter worked great when it was running.
I am about to contact the Technical Support to see what the problem is... I suspect the pilot jet?

The champion generator I purchased less than three years ago has been in the shop for over a month waiting on parts. Come to find out you no longer make the part needed for repair so your sending a compatible one. This generator has been in the shop for repairs at least 4 times since we originally purchased it. I need this generator for my food truck. I've been struggling to keep my business running while its been in the shop this past month. I find this extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I would give you the make ans model # but like I said it's in the shop so I can't get that information. I know it's under warranty because the repair shop got the part covered threw the warranty. This doesn't account for me being down a generator and only being able to run at 1/2 capacity. We purchased two champion generators at the time we opened our food truck. One generator has already had to be replaced to the cost of 2500.00. Now this one has been gone a month. I'm bleeding money. This seems a bit unfair for a company of your size to do to a small veteran owned family business. How can a product still be under warranty and you no longer make the parts. You expect someone to go over a month without their generator. I'm in Florida where hurricane Ian hit and devastated this area. We were without power and water for over two weeks. These generators are our life line and you have seriously failed us!

Excellent value on a quality build generator.

I bought this specific brand and model for 2 primary reasons;
1) Plenty of backup power for home during infrequent power loss.
2) RV ready:)

Use to power 120 volt tools and back-up for solar powered RV that is "off the grid." Also use as emergency power source for daughter's residence in the event of a power failure. I especially like the Economy Mode button, which saves gasoline and lowers sound output by automatically adjusting engine rpm to the required electrical load.

I was fortunate enough to purchase one of your generators after a severe storm went through our area I was amazed at how easy it was to operate and the power that it delivered it saved me over $1,500 worth of meat in my freezer I'm so thankful thank you

I was able to purchase my Champion ******* duel fuel generator at Home Depot on 8/5/20 right after a strong storm knocked out power to much of the north East. I was very happy to see how easy right out of the box it was to put the wheels on and basically be ready to run once I added the oil and gas (not included)... once done the generator started with one easy pull and ran beautifully and smoothly. Plus it was much quieter than our previous generator and with 7850 W start up plenty of power to run most of the big items in our house ie fridge freezer some lights fan ect.

It was right around NewYears,the power went out.and we hook it up to the main office and we weren't sure how long the power was going to be out,it kept us going for 2 day easy.this generator is very quite,I was very empressed.

This is the first time buying your product. A friend said he has one and loves it. I got the duel fuel generator. It is so awesome! Loved it came with wheels and very sturdy! This is the second Champion generator I bought. During the last hurricane we were without electricity for 10 days and my champion kept me running a small air conditioner, fans and lights with no trouble. It was a duel fuel running on gasoline and butane. I now bought a larger model to also run on natural gas.
