I bought this for another race that was cancelled, I sent an email and got a quick refund. Customer service is a big reason why I came back today to reorder.
The captcha asked over and over if I was a human and I couldn't get over it. Also, I had to buy it in by computer because on the phone I had the option for the smallest value and just one voucher, when I wanted 2.
No option to opt out of emails and adds. No paypal option to use.
It's been a pleasant experience and I look forward to new events.

The website login was horrible. I could not log into my existing certifikid acct at all. I changed my password 5x and it never let me log in. I use a password manager so I can assure the admins I was trying my password correctly each ttime. I finally had to create a brand new acct.
Website keeps asking me to prove I'm human. I can't search without a captcha coming up. I keep getting a credit card error too, despite all info being correct.
Good, but the shopping cart is confusing you have to update your cart it doesn't update automatically and I almost purchased the wrong amount of tickets a few times
Had the promotional price when the official website to the event didn't any longer. It saved me 30 dollars. It was simple, quick, and no hidden fees or gimmicks.

Easy to purchase tickets. My purchase marked my credit card as a fraud attempt. Once I cleared it I was good to go.
Checkout was super easy but a little confusing on whether I needed to add 2 or 4 tickets to my cart. Not clear at checkout on how to redeem the free child ticket.
