I purchased a refurbished Blackberry that does not function as advertised. I can't get through to customer service via phone or e-mail. It appears that they do everything to avoid responding to complaints. Don't buy from them!
This website cancelled my order after I paid, because THEY screwed the price up. The phone was advertised for 16.99 after I ordered, and got a confirmation number, they cancelled my order, when I specifically told them not to until I spoke with a manager, and changed the price to 162.99 To top it all off, I spoke with the manager, he told me there was nothing he could do, and was RUDE! They lied to me, saying I paid for dummy display phones, and there was a price mix up, how could it be both? AND if I paid for dummy display phones why wasnt the ad changed, just the price? DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! THEY ARE LIARS!
