I purchase pixel 7 pro display a 6 month ago paid Rs *******/-, after 3 month it not working probably it have some lines on it, I contact to cell spare team, but they dint give proper answer, so don't buy from cell spare that have not genuine products.
For value of the product i recieved what i expected with no problems. Normaly hard to get products and smarphone parts that are unfortunately not up to date anymore. Thanks so much. Saved me a bit of money

Return not made take 15 days to deliver 5.no pickup 6.no refund 6.if your product faulty show him the proof only by mail 7.no hassle free return 8.no private shipping 9. Very poor customer service product are also of cheap quality or comes broken.

I have ordered a new replacement screen from Cellspare.
After 3 months the screen has arrived in good condition directly from China to Germany with express shipping.
During the ordering process the item price increased by 50$, which was a little unusual.
But I am glad I received the correct product after all.

Please, never use this site to buy anything. In summary, they will ignore you, lie to you and try to beg for more money even before delivery.

Guess what? Refund never happened. I must have raise a dispute claim with my card issuer.
This is the third display i have ordered from Cellspare. I keep buying stuff from them. They send you oem parts and at a very affordable rate. The reason I am writing this review again is that they surprised me by delivering my display this time in 48 hours to Bangalore. This is the fastest response i have ever got from an online platform. Keep in mind that it got shipped from Ahmedabad to Bangalore. I want to motivate them by this feedback to keep going and set high standard. The quality of display is A+.
I ordered a replacement screen for a rare phone via PayPal direct checkout. I didn't hear anything from them after that.
After a month I contacted cellspare via PayPal conflict resolution and they gave me a USPS tracking number even though I live in Europe and they claim to deliver via DHL. The tracking number didn't have any activity for two weeks.
Finally I filed a complaint with PayPal and they eventually (after another month) resolved the issue in my favor and refunded the money. There was no further communication with cellspare after I received the tracking number, which means nothing happened for about 1.5 months!
Cellspare is scam e-shop. Can't recommend! They delivered broken Xiaomi LCD screen. Even after I have returned item by my own funds, they delivered broken display again. I wanted refund, and then they never replied to my mails or chats.
Edit: Why I should pay 85 USD for broken item I have bought for 40 USD? Cellspare, even your reply is confirming that you are scammers...

My friend ordered display of Redmi Black shark 2 for around ******* rs on 16 February. Since we saw no activity from their side, we cancelled the order & applied for refund. However after two weeks of order cancellation, the co. Has refunded the amount of 660 rs only. This company has duped us. Its high time for you to refund the amount before we take any legal action.

Lockdown didn't went well for my Google Pixel 2. The display screen got dead.
Google Support wasn't available for getting my device fixed because of Lockdown... I searched for the Combo everywhere in Jammu but all in vain.
CellSpare to the rescue. They provided me with the Combo and that too Original, although it took almost a month because of Lockdown...

I've have been ordering from cellspare on and off for a couple of years until about 3 months i have a repair shop and i am owner who purchases around $6-7k worth of parts monthly. I was having some real issues with quality and availability of product from my normal suppliers, I had ordered from cellspare several times before, but normally only for what I couldn't find anywhere. Quality was always great, but waiting for the extra time to ship from Ahmedabad was enough to not go through them for anything else.
The best part is that my customers have definitely noticed the increase in quality. What we sold before was great, but what we sell now is as near perfect as one can expect! The very few bad parts that I've received they've had no problem either replacing or refunding. 5 stars all the way! I'm even using one of their OEM Galaxy S4 screens in my current phone, and I couldn't be happier!

This customer has shared false information here because in his feedback he has mentioned that I had bought this product six months ago and after 3 months this product got damaged, it clearly means that on our website we have given warranty and replacement. As per term any mobile parts have 10 days warranty, this customer broke the display himself after three months of delivery and then informed us for replacement which is against the warranty terms, and now after 6 months we are getting blackmail.
