I ordered two cell phone cases which arrived in good time but the wrong size. With Kevin and address to return at my cost with the promise to reimburse. Three months later I have no cases and no refund. It's looking like I'm just out the money. I will never ever buy from this company again or recommend it to anyone They suck, big time!

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a case for iPhone 6 Plus. It arrived all scratched and damaged. They want me to PAY to send it back! Bloody cheek! Customer service almost non existent. They still have my money and I have a case I can't use. Will order from a reputable company in future.

Total scam bought a cellphone charger for iPhone 7 after one day it stopped working there saying it's my fault and I should pay for return shipping which I am not doing total scam reporting this company

Ordered and paid for item over 3 weeks. It's never been delivered. Have chased them up by sending 4 emails so far and nothing. Just silence. Shocking cowboy outfit stay clear!

Sent numerous emails to customer services as my product had not arrived. Eventually arrived after 2 weeks but it's the wrong item. Website says suitable for iPhone 6 but totally not - unless it's for an iphone 6 in the land of Giants!

Have sent emails saying I wish to return but guess what - still no response. I am going through Paypal now as I read on previous reviewer had done. WHY-O-WHY?

I ordered a holster for an iphone 5s. Never got it. Tracking shows the product is sitting in Compton, CA. Shipper never returned my telephone calls. Vendor does not show a telephone number. I give up. Never do business with these people.

They are the worst company. Took my money and never sent cases. They had my 35 dollars for 27 days. Just today there refunding the money after 9 messages. Could take 7 to 10 days before I see the money. Please order some where else!

Do not order from this company! They should be investigated. They are scammers! Stay away! Will be reporting them.

Ordered and they said it was delivered, it hadn't been. When I contacted them, they strung me along and then refused to refund my money or replace the order. When I went to the site, they had eliminated my info so I couldn't pull up the info on the order. Stay away from them!

Don't think they exist took payment but nothing arrived just think it's a scam don't be fooled by this site

I have been waiting a week have not gotten an email saying anything. Bank shows they took the money. Please let me know if anyone ever got something from them

If my phone cases are not here by Friday 7 April 2017 that's 1 Month from order date.
I will be reporting the site to the FBI and RCMP.
If that does not work I will be making an request to shut down the web site.
I strongly suggest others do the same, there is power in numbers.

Purchased the cables for iphone. None worked. Wall charger melted and almost went up in flames. WOW! They arent even in America, its a bogus address. Shipment came from China and took 3 weeks. If they were in Cali I would punch the little chinese kid and beat him senseless.

I was ripped, lied to, and ignored. Don't be fooled by these clowns. How do they stay in business? Buyer beware.

Stay away don't buy from cellphonecases.com! Never received my cases and no response from the dogs. Total ripoff waste of money.

It is impossible to contact this company by phone and emails are seldom answered. When I had trouble receiving my case there was no one to speak to about this. Avoid this company!
