I never purchase from any online shop. My first purchase is a lumia 950 I had a great experience with cell 2 get i needed the phone for my trip i contact them on Friday Morning and ask if i can get it on saterday i spoke with mitch and he helped to place the order, received the phone today the phone is amazing exacly what i needed its a dual sim phone so i able to use my tmobile sim card on when i travel to mexico tommorow i will be able to use telus sim, so i can have my local phone number and my meixco phone number fast shipping i am very pleased

I found these guys on google and asked a lot of questions about the phone i wanted. Customer service was very patient with my order and processed it the same day. I requested 3 day shipping and received it in 5. I was a little upset but they clarified the shipping information. The Phone arrived in mint condition.

Placed an order on a Thursday morning with $30 for 2-day shipping, didn't ship until following Monday. Didn't email shipping notification and no tracking information. Wednesday and still no phone. Called the so-called customer service number twice and got VM's. Lousy service! Avoid these guys - shady.

Update - Phone was late so they refunded $15 to credit card, very apologetic and got me the tracking information finally. Very difficult to get order status unless you call.

Second Update 11 days later - Well, credit card has yet to be refunded as promised, but credit card was hacked with $622 in fraudulent charges to "XMOBILE" Telephone services and had to cancel card. No response from Cell2Get - this has been a strange purchase from day 1.

Didn't know this site. Found it through search and gave it a try. Got a new, unlocked GSM cellphone. Free and super fast shipping! Their price is reasonable for the high quality of my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I recommend you order something from them.

I ordered an HTC10 from Cell2Get. It was basically 30% cheaper then anywhere else. The phone arrived in perfect condition with just a charger. It didn't have a pin tool for opening the sides, but the Sprint guy hooked me up. There was no problems getting phone to work with Sprint.

I did have one snafu on the shipping. The shipped it ground (as requested) to the billing address instead of the shipping address. They called me and when I said informed them there would be no one present to sign for it at the billing address, they recalled the order, and upgraded the shipping for free to get it to me just as fast. Sure it would have been better without the hiccup, but they handled the problem well.

This is so far I will see when the phone shows up. The phone showed up when the return email from the company said it would but the web site was never updated and the tracking number not given. The phone was purchased so I could use it overseas. Verizon said this phone could be used, just nobody said anything about getting a overseas sim 3g card. So I was not able to use it on my last trip and am now having a difficult time getting the 3G sim card.
