Called for help- got all of my answers but person rude. Still excited for my phone.
Your site should say whether the phone is new or refurbished and if so, the condition it's in. Search doesn't work very well. I was easily able to reach a person on the phone for advice, and when a problem developed, cell2get fixed it immediately at no extra cost. Will buy from here next time.

I ordered a Sony Xperia Z5 Compact from Cell2Get. The phone I received was what I wanted, although delivery took longer than I expected and I had to make three attempts to contact the seller before I got a response on the status of my order. I requested (and paid for) UPS delivery, but delivery was by USPS, which provided minimal tracking information.
I ordered the non-Verizon unlocked Google Pixel, but received the Verizon version. It still works, but wasn't as advertised.
Placed an order for Nokia lumia do the phone arrived but 2 days later I paid for overnight and it arrived 2 days later I called customer support spoke with Melvin and he refunded my entire shipping on the plus side the phone is new and works great but the phone did not arrive on time for my trip. But I got refunded on the shipping so I guess it's ok
The customer service was amazing. I bought a Birthday present for my cousin and they went out of their way to make sure it was delivered by the specified date. I requested free shipping which should have taken two weeks but i recieved the phone in about three days. I called because usually if something is too good to be true it usually is. They told me that their stock of Samsungs is large enough that they can usually shiip them out sooner than expected. I was so happy to give my cousin her birthday present ASAP.
I was looking for a specific model of phone because i had it for the past 5 years or so. I was surprised when they had the phone in stock with accessories as well. I called up the customer support line and asked to check to see if they have them in stock. Once confirmed they took the order over the phone.
Along with the phone, I ordered a car charger. I received the phone in a separate package from the car charger on a different date. I asked and they said it came from a different warehouse. I was not made aware of this beforehand but it arrived 2 days later so i was not upset.

Its great when company has a phone number that you can actually call and speak with live representive in my case I needed help to replace my phone because it was dropped in water. I called cell2get and they help me to make the right choice for a water proof phone ending up buying the samsung Kyocera duraforce pro phone arrived in less then a week the phone is great one of the best phones i ever used I took it with me to the pool and took some great under water pictures phone has amazing camera and its totally water proof great buy

I ordered a phone with free shipping. I was told that it would take anywhere from 1-2 weeks but was surprised when it showed up at my door after three days. I called with an order number shortly after purchasing top make sure that my order was processed. When i was told that it was shipped the same day i thought they meant processed. I am thrilled with their quick service.

I feel bad but I called plenty of times before the actual purchase of my phone. I was given some money as a graduation gift and decided to buy a cell phone. I must've called at least once a day for a week to ask questions about the LG curve. I was met with understanding and they gave me all the information I asked of and then some. I received the phone within 9 days even though the shipping said two weeks. I am happy with their service.
Everything happened as promised. I wish tracking info had been available.
The first phone I received was the wrong phone. I shipped it back and a month later I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the shipping. The second phone they sent was the correct phone but it was a demo phone that cannot be used because it is constantly running a demonstration program like you see in the store. All in all a very frustrating and lengthy experience.
I found a phone that is similar to the one I wanted, but much cheaper! Thank you guys!
