CDN Antler Chandeliers

Product and service are fantastic. Bought our chandelier approx. 5 years ago and it's still in perfect condition. Beautiful and well made - and this is coming from a perfectionist! Delivered quickly and customer service is amazing.

We ordered a chandelier from cdnantler.com and decided we wanted a larger one. The person who took our order also told us how to return the 1st one, which was very helpful considering it was an international shipping. We love the chandelier in our lodge style home & would order from here again if we had use for another one!

Ordered once and receive a super nice chandelier.
Exactly as advertised.
After I hung it up in my restaurant, it made a nice statement and conversation piece. I ordered another for another location.

I was told they were going to be crated. They came in a big cardboard box with a plywood bottom.We had to rent a enclosed truck to take them the final 300 miles. We couldn't take them is a open trailer, there was no way to secure to cardboard top or sides, maybe that's on me when I purchase items that say they are crated they usually have a wood skeleton or plywood sides.

Excellent company with top quailitu products. I thoroughly enjoy my purchase, everyday. I have received an overwhelming amount to of comments on the chandelier that I purchased. Top notch organization with competitive prices.

I was happy with the end product. I did pay a significant premium for your product over a US competitor because i wanted to keep it in Canada. In future i would like to see that price gap closed a little tighter or have a differentiated product to justify the premium paid.

First order was received damaged and had to send back. I was told that I would be charged again and not refunded for original order until it was received back. U also had to go to UPS to get the original box sent back.
Both if the above mentioned were an inconvenience.
The customer service that I received was exceptional and I received my replacement in a short time.

Love our chandler. It came out perfect and looks great in our log cabin.
Only suggestion is that for the price of the chandelier and the high cost for the chain, it should have included a ceiling canopy.

My chandelier is my favorite piece in my house. I bought it maybe 2 years ago and sit beneath it almost daily and still look at it in awe. I love it! CDN was a pleasure to buy from, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I was looking for an antler chandelier but I did not need the "real" thing. I am in south Georgia & we have traveled a good bit out West and in NC and liked what we saw. We just decided to bring a small part of the outdoors in with us. We used pecky cypress for the walls from near by mills & stacked stone for our fireplace. The antler light we bought for the kitchen table was very easy to install. The birch light shades complimented well. Our order was for non-real antlers and you can not tell the difference. Highly recommendable

Canadian Antler was a pleasure to deal with. We had searched all over our city and Toronto for a suitable light fixture without success. When we found our fixture online and contacted the company with a dilemma (buy with the shades or without), the rep was super helpful and made a suggestion for design of our unit that would ensure we could get the shades later and they would fit if we decided we needed them later.

Beautiful chandelier. We ordered the faux antlers & were delighted with the appearance. It was a large one & were a little worried about shipping but it arrived on time in perfect condition. Looks great in the house & we get tons of great comments!

Prior to obtaining your product and found the quality of those to be lacking the quality of CDN. Our chandelier has become the focal point and conversation piece of our resort home in New Mexico.

We ordered a very large chandelier for over our bar area. The only thing that we changed at installation was the chain that came with it. The links were smaller and due to size of light it didn't look right. We kept the smaller links in the body of the light and used a larger link chain at the top of the light up to ceiling. Otherwise everything came out perfect and light is beautiful! Thank you

I researched many companies before I purchased my antler chandelier from cdn.
Antler chandeliers are pricey and last a lifetime so it's a purchase you don't want to go wrong with. I am thrilled to know I made the right decision with cdnantler.
