CDN Antler Chandeliers

We purchased 2 matching chandeliers for our covered front porch. They arrived quickly & we're just beautiful. We were so pleased with them, that we later ordered a very large chandelier for a new covered seating area with fountains & a fireplace out by our pool.
This one was very large. We needed it by a particular date for a party we were hosting at our house. They were so helpful in getting it to us on time so we could get it installed for the party. All our guests commented on how beautiful it was & I was glad to tell them it came from CDN Antler.
We would gladly recommend them many times over!

The girls I talked to where very helpful, it's a huge purchase to do sight unseen but I was guided by the girls to make the best choice for us and our budget.
The only thing that I thought unfair is you're a Canadian company and we had to pay in US prices.

We purchased a faux antler chandelier with 12 chandelier lights and 3 down lights. It took approx. 3 months to build the unit. We had planned to have it installed prior to a wedding held at our house. The fixture was held at U.S. customs coming in from Canada and somehow was delayed for almost 2 weeks by the time it came through to California. That was not the Co's fault but we did not have it by the time for our event. WE are happy with the chandelier and the workmanship of the unit. In hindsight we would have ordered even a larger fixture for the room it is in.

We have ordered many antler profucts from a variety of companies before our 1st order from CDN. Over last 16+ years, we have purchased 26 pieces of natural & faux CDN antler lighting products for 9 houses in 4 states. The initial purchase was based on their advertising - every subsequent purchase was earned by their excellent products, superb quality, outstanding customer service... &, a"wild card"... We like to do business with good people. The CDN team on a consistent & ongoing basis have been reliable, professional, know their craft "cold", plus they are indeed really nice, good people. Normally Ima real "tough grader", but, "you gotta give credit where credit is due".
Net/net: CDN is top-shelf across the board for every buying experience we've had with them over the long term. So, what's not to love about that?

For a hand assembled product I thought the delivery was on track. Just plan ahead to have it there for your electrician. The chandelier is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend them. The only thing I may suggest to the co. Is a more support on the "delivery crate". It need cross support on the sides. Our box was punched thru on one side. Luckily no damage to the chandelier. For the price & delivery time I would hate to have to wait for a replacement.

The chandelier is gorgeous and the workmanship is first rate. I am very happy with the product! Communications with customer service via e-mail and telephone were great. The package was shipped via UPS. The box was damaged while in transit and as a result, the chandelier also sustained damage. I made contact with Jennifer from customer service. She went out of her way to make things right. The chandelier was returned for repairs at the companies expense. When I finally received the chandelier, it was well worth the wait. cdnantler.com is a first class operation.

Placed the order over the phone and was very politely and professionally dealt with. They were accurate with their approximate ship time and later they notified me when shipment would occur, about when to expect the shipment and who the carrier was with contact information with a Bill of Lading No. Product was extremely well packaged and crated (took a while to get out of the crate but for good reason...it was not going to get damaged in shipment!) Extremely pleased with the product and the entire order process. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a product of this nature. Also, I purchased the replica antler chandelier and the antlers are so life-like that no one knows they are not the authentic antlers.
