What a beautiful chandelier! Everyone visiting our home takes notice & my wife loves it!
Excellent product and well packaged for shipment. A light bulb was burnt out on arrival and they sent me a replacement with no problems.
Cdnantler has very good customer service. The only reason I rated only 4 stars in places is because after consulting by phone I ordered our chandelier with a downlight. When the chandelier arrived, I was very disappointed to find out the downlight was exposed and very much affected the aesthetics of the chandelier. I feel that was a point that should have both been made clear with pictures on your website and also during my call which was for the very purpose of discussing whether I would want to add a downlight. Cdnantler did agree, however, at my expense for the shipping (which was substantial) to re-do the chandelier to remove the downlight. Afterward, it looked great, although the end of an antler was chipped off in shipping and I was sent putty for self-repair.

Our greatroom chandelier is a true work of art! The real antlers and intricate design are far superior to anything else out there. Trust me, invest in a CDN piece of work and you will be satisfied for a lifetime. We absolutely think it makes our log home amazing!
I ordered the chandelier months before Christmas and it was delivered as promised and is just beautiful. Our son and daughter inlaw love it nd hung the day of delivery.

My chandelier is still lopsided even after your suggestions to fix it. From one end it looks worse than the other :( not sure what to do from here. Just dealing with it. Otherwise would have been a great experience.

We were excited from the moment I hung the chandelier above our dinning room table. We entertain a lot and always get great comments about the light fixture. A couple of thoughts would be to have hung it on a double chain instead if o single chain because the fixture swings a little and doesn't always stay square with the table. Another helpfull suggestion would be to position the light bulbs further to the ends so to distribute the light more evenly to the ends of the 7' table. If I had known this I would have purchases a longer chandelier.
For a hand assembled product I thought the delivery was on track. Just plan ahead to have it there for your electrician. The chandelier is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend them. The only thing I may suggest to the co. Is a more support on the "delivery crate". It need cross support on the sides. Our box was punched thru on one side. Luckily no damage to the chandelier. For the price & delivery time I would hate to have to wait for a replacement.
I needed the chandelier in a tight time frame and was very happy with the help and customer service I received. This item is a centr piece to a tribute room for a loyal patron of a country dance hall in Kelowna BC

My dining room chandelier is drop dead gorgeous. I have received many compliments on it and have referred this company to all those that requested. I would like to have them make the antler covers for the three lights over my center island. If and when they offer that item I will be ordering again.
