The chandelier we received was exactly as described on the web site. It is of a very high quality and we are very pleased with it. I wish it wasn't so expensive but as I have learned many times you never go wrong with paying for high quality.

We buy/sell homes often. We have been ordering CDN chandeliers for several years because they do a good job for us, provide good value, and are good people. In fact, we just purchased a new home in the N.M mountains & will be ordering a huge chandelier (5'X6') later today. The only thing I don't rate them as a "5" is delivery time. However, we understand that a small manufacturer has longer delivery times & we work around it. Plus, they get our orders roght & their products are pristine, which keeps us from wasting time. Great little company. These guys get our business the old fsshion way - they "earn"-it.
We are very pleased with our antler chandelier. It arrived within the time frame we were told and was package properly so that it arrived in perfect condition. The installed product is a centerpiece and focal point within the heavy timber outdoor patio we placed it in.
I did have some issues with being quoted in Canadian dollars & then it ended up it was USD. I love the product, only complaint I have is I wasn't aware that we needed an extra hook to install it. We had an electrician drive to our cabin to install & no hook so he couldn't come back for 1.5 months once I picked up hook. I did get it done by Christmas & it looks beautiful.
Our chandelier came within the timeline that was defined. It was packaged in a manner that kept it safe and free from damage. It was easily installed by our electrician. It works perfectly and continues to look fantastic, we are very pleased!

We ordered this elk horn chandelier to go in our new Barndominiom be built in northeast Georgia. It arrived in time for the electrician to in stall with the other work being done. It was packaged so as not to be damaged in freight. The box was very badly damaged but the contents was undamaged. The chandelier is the focal point of our living area and is absolutely amazing.
Fortunately found your website and ordering and delivery was easier than expected, especially also being in Canada. The price was great and the delivery was amazing, the driver took the time to help us get the chandelier in our home even though it took a lot of maneuvering, it was huge and almost didn't fit in the door. Will buy again!
I knew the look I was going for but was having a difficult time conceptualizing the size/style. Jennifer took the time going back and forth through multiple emails and calls. She really helped make the right selection. When The chandelier came it was everything I was looking for. This antler chandelier actually exceeded my expectations.

We ordered our first (large) antler chandelier for the cathedral-ceiling great room in our Adirondack-style retirement lake-house located in New Hampshire. The chandelier was very professionally delivered and looks absolutely fantastic in the room (but make certain you obtain a heavy-duty installation brackets for the large antler chandelier...over forty pounds of real antlers to safely support). The beauty and quality of the piece are terrific. After a couple months of loving our large chandelier, we ordered a second similar medium-sized chandelier to go over our dining table...with six candles and optional downlighting. Looking forward to receiving our second antler chandelier in June...but expectations couldn't be higher given the experience of our first order! I completely recommend the Antler Chandelier Shop to anyone interested in buying a wonderful adornment for any special home...and I NEVER provide these types of client satisfaction ratings!

I bought my chandelier originally with a downlight. I did not realize the downlight would have the bulb sticking out of the chandelier. It was not very attractive and basically spoiled the rustic look of the chandelier. The folks at cdn were very good in working with me. I had to pay to ship it back, which was reasonable, but they removed the downlight at no charge and sent the chandelier back. I assume responsibility for ordering the chandelier with the downlight. I do think it would be good, however, if cdn posted a good picture of a chandelier with the downlight on the website so a potential buyer would see what it is going to look like. In any event, the chandelier is very nice and, having shopped a bit before, the prices at cdn are quite competitive. Good people with a quality product.
We are finishing a post and beam fishing/hunting camp. We cut the tres and squared the logs with broadaxes. The Chandelier is right at home and looks beautiful. It is well constructed and the lights are just right. I searched the internet and found a few sights. Yours had the best prices for a similar product. I called to get the order right and was helped by someone who wanted to get it right also. I new exactly when to expect the product and it came at that time. I could not ask for more. I would send a picture for the competition but None I take do it justice. Thank You

The chandler looks amazing. Many Freind comment on how it suits the cabin. The only thing I can say is when it is dark outside there is a shadow beneath the unit. This is not a problem overall though.
This was an amazing experience. I ordered my Chandlier on the phone with an extremely knowledgeable representative and received it in nob time at all. The box was HUGE it looked like an appliance box. I opened it and it was in perfect condition. I will absolutely use this company again!
