This was an amazing experience. I ordered my Chandlier on the phone with an extremely knowledgeable representative and received it in nob time at all. The box was HUGE it looked like an appliance box. I opened it and it was in perfect condition. I will absolutely use this company again!
I purchased 2 fixtures for our cottage, one for above our dining table and the other for our entryway, and was very pleased with the the process, from start to finish. In contacting the company, I was given relevant information in a friendly and helpful manner, which helped me make the best choice for my situation, out of the very large selection available. I feel that every effort was made to ensure that I was happy with my eventual choices. The chandeliers arrived in a timely fashion and were carefully packed, arrivong in perfect condition. The antler fixtures have added immeasurably to the ambiance of our cottage.

Only comment would be that we think the chain that comes with it should be longer. It shouldn't be charged as extra for an item his large and this expensive. Yet we hung it and the chain that comes with it is too short by 2'.
From your advertising I had thought the chandelier was a mixture of whitetail and mule deer antlers. Turned out it was only in the shapes of mule deer antlers which was not what I expected. Overall it was very good quality and looks very nice.
WE ordered several chandeliers for our new home. We used several types and were very impressed with the craftmanship of each. The muledeer three tier as well as the whitetail three tier were very impressive and suited our style and home. And as we like all authentic your people hit a homerun. We were in the market for a real antler chandelier for our family room- not alot out there- glad we found CDN Antler Designs! They were very helpful, nice, and patient in customizing the chandelier to the correct height and width for the room. We also wanted a lighter faded white look- they treated it with something that gave us the exact rustic modern look we wanted. Makes the room- especially at night with the lights on dim- beautiful- 5 stars!
Cdnantler has very good customer service. The only reason I rated only 4 stars in places is because after consulting by phone I ordered our chandelier with a downlight. When the chandelier arrived, I was very disappointed to find out the downlight was exposed and very much affected the aesthetics of the chandelier. I feel that was a point that should have both been made clear with pictures on your website and also during my call which was for the very purpose of discussing whether I would want to add a downlight. Cdnantler did agree, however, at my expense for the shipping (which was substantial) to re-do the chandelier to remove the downlight. Afterward, it looked great, although the end of an antler was chipped off in shipping and I was sent putty for self-repair.
Jessica was amazing to work with...she is very knowledgeable about the products and shipping! I felt very confident that what I ordered would be EXACTLY what I was looking for! As an American living overseas, I couldn't find any antler chandeliers either locally or online that worked with the 220v system in New Zealand. Until I found cdnantler.com. The Antler Chandelier I purchased from CDN Antler Designs exceeded my expectations. Even though the pictures on the website are beautiful they did not do it justice until I saw the Chandelier in person. The quality of workmanship is exceptional, and it is truly the center piece of my living space.
Antlers looked great and the entire package was perfect for our home. It was going in the entryway but after bringing it out to the home, we hung it in the dinning room where it will be much more visible and can be enjoyed! Again, thanks for a great product!

We were excited from the moment I hung the chandelier above our dinning room table. We entertain a lot and always get great comments about the light fixture. A couple of thoughts would be to have hung it on a double chain instead if o single chain because the fixture swings a little and doesn't always stay square with the table. Another helpfull suggestion would be to position the light bulbs further to the ends so to distribute the light more evenly to the ends of the 7' table. If I had known this I would have purchases a longer chandelier.
