Ordered dress on April 4th and had to pay extra shipping cost of $81.00 to get it here in two weeks. Also paid extra to get it to a customized size. When it finally came in it was nothing like the picture it was not exceptable not version of what i ordered. It was so bad it was loose in all the wrong places. I was so angry and upset i was not wearing it to prom! Enraged i sent an email to them explaining why i was so upset and wanted refund they got back to me two days later saying they would get back to me after the weekend cause they were on holiday. They ask me again send sizes throw l email first, heard from them once. No Refund no no email.

I ordered my wedding dress and maid of honor dress for my March wedding from cddress.com in the beginning of January and received a confirmation right away. I was worried about the time frame but he website said they would have them to us in six weeks. Cutting in close but decided to go with it because I absolutely loved the dress. I contacted them in February to see what the progress was and was told due to bad weather storms and the Chinese New Year they would only have the maid of honor dress ready. I was really bummed and asked for a refund quickly so I could get a dress locally. I was concerned since they were far away in China. They refunded my credit card right away. The customer service person, Cindy, was amazingly helpful and kept me in the loop through the whole refund process. I would have loved to have that dress but didn't work out. However, the customer service it fabulous and hope to use them for any big occasion or party I have. Just need to plan my time better!

Ordered a $142 dress which quickly turned into $250 with shipping and duties. Missing beading, pulls in chiffon, and the wrong colour. After calls to China and emails, I was told to iron the pulls and unless I ordered swatches in advance, the colour is not their problem. Stay away from this site and shop locally!
