CCNow

I've previously reported about delay in payment, however CCNow finally paid all the amount owed and I must admit they are definitely not fraud. They are just experiencing temporary problems with their disbursement bank which will be fixed soon. My advice to all clients with delays in payment is just have patience, CCNow will definitely pay you, but in the meantime you do not make them a favor posting negative reviews on the internet. This way you only make problem worse, a better approach is to have a little more patience.

Please NEVER use ccnow for your website. They will NOT release your money. Listen, it's your own money your customer paid for your product or service. There's always same person from ccnow answering your email. Yes only emails back and forth. You can NEVER reach a live person calling them. Yes they have number listed on their website BUT no body is gonna pickup.

From my experience, they are the worst! I thought paypal was the worst, but I think ccnow is the worst.

They will hold your money for NO reason. They are still holding my money over 3 months now and there's NO estimated release date. They always promise the release date and then never release it. Paypal at least holds your fund for 180 days and you know when to expect the fund.

I afraid ccnow will steal my money and there's nothing I can do. So please be warned, never, ever, sign up for ccnow. There are TONS of payment processing company, unless you don't care about your own money!

CCNOW ripped me of ******* USD, never thought a payment gateway could do it, its a shock, a heart attack, person getting 5% of sale from a website could rob ypou of all your money? He will never be at peace for looting. He has disgraced e commerce business with his attitude, he should come clean and let his buyers know the exact situation, instead of hiding. Icelanders are nordic tribe, warriors but he has brought shame to the country and his people and his heritage of Snorri Snorrson his father and Dalvic municipality where he had lot of respect

The company I work for has been a merchant for CCNOW (Snorrasson Holdings) for many years with no problems. In 2017 payments became unreliable.

They then exposed us to the most thorough, ridiculous and ludicrous KYC (Know your Client) requirements, via a man named Thorsten.

After months of more lame and ridiculous excuses, payments started again and quickly became unreliable again. Promises of Bank Transfers never arrived.

We now have an Icelandic Law Firm chasing them for the funds and it is going to be decided in Court, so CCNOW (Snorrasson Holdings) reacted by putting a 180 day "freeze" on funds for "security" reasons, despite us being loyal merchants with zero problems for years.

Please avoid this company like the plague.

If you're dealing with any one of the above 3 companies please stop dealing with them... You're are either already scammed or just about to lose your hard-earned money... don't be fooled by their gimmicks. You will wake up one morning in shock! They are based in Dalvik Iceland where they think they can't be touched... but its only a matter of time before they will be wiped off the business world and a lot of us will do everything possible to make sure this happens... but first warn everyone of your friends, and business associates not to deal with CCNOW, DALPAY, or SNORRASON HOLDINGS... they are all ownedt by the same person who is defrauding hundreds of merchant clients of their money... please spread the word everywhere in whatever payment gateway review site you can find... Avoid CCNow, Dalpay, Snorrason Holdings!

We have big problems with CCNOW, they didnt pay us from April 2017, we disable it but they have our money 27.000 USD. We sent all items to customer and ccnow get money now they dont want to pay us. They do not reply to our mails, we sent a lot of e-mails to different addresses only who is there is Thorsten Felstead but he also dosent reply to our mail... We are in contact with Lawyer in Iceland so if there is some one eals who have business fraud with CCNOW please contact us so we can unite power against them and report them to Iceland Police and other institutions. That what CCNOW did is organized internet crime!

CCNOW stopped paying and when the balance reached 50K I stopped receiving payments with them. DalPay is the same company as CCNow working from Snorrason holdings. Some time ago they really paid me for the goods, but for the last time they are silent and owe me 50.000 USD! Bjorn Snorrason, Matt Lind, Thorsten Feldstadt and Bill Wysocki continue fooling people, CCNow website says that "Registrations are temporarily disabled" and dalpay.is is still working (the same menu scheme as CCNow) and dalpay.com takes the money from other people. Just be careful, they owe 50.000 and are silent, I had luck to reach them by phone and they said they don't have the money now and they don't know when it will be paid. All people scammed by CCNow - DalPay is the same company, let them help to stop fooling fair sellers.

I previously used CCNOW but they stopped making payments, likewise I stopped using the service. I lost a few hundred dollars and counted myself lucky.

Its no surprise that I read the reports of failed payments, lies and deception. You only need to review the annual accounts for Snorasson Holdings to realise this company is in severe difficulty

Whilst in 2015/6 they were turning over a few million USD with positive profits, something happened in 2017 when the company turnover started to decline rapidly. The 2019 accounts report a total turnover of only 600,000 USD with massive losses. - Possibly something to do with money laundering and loss of services as part of the pacnet group: https://www.treasury.gov/press-center/press-releases/Pages/jl5055.aspx

I also suspect the company will be filing bankruptcy very soon and you would be wise not to use any of the services offered as it is unlikely they have any money in the bank to pay anyone.

Its a real shame because its so difficult living in Thailand to find a global payment gateway and I have struggled to find a suitable alternative. Maybe they should give the service back to Digital River

I genuinely feel sorry for those that have lost thousands and really hope they find a way to recover their money. I suspecct those owed a few hundred may never see the funds.

One thing is for sure, it would be nice to know the truth and I think CCNOW/Snorasson owe this much to their customers. Its hard to know if these financial problems are due to mis management or if the money has been embezzeled by the Directors, in which case they should be in prison

And I thought Paypal were bad!
