The site has all the features traders could want, with great customer service and an extensive variety of assets. I've been successful so far--last month my 9% profit margin beat any other online trading sites by quite a fair bit!
The only flaw in what they offer are some small things that could be changed, but otherwise everything else has been thoughtfully planned out so you will have an enjoyable experience as well learning from others who share similar interests like lack of payment options.
The e-Books provided are one of the reasons why I was able to become a successful trader so hats off to Capital Circle group for incorporating it within the platform itself. I have loved earning 12% with this broker. They help me make the best profitable decisions.
They control your withdrawals, which being new to trading I thought this was a normal procedure to prevent theft. They will call you every 5 mins to sign up, they will call you once a week to do a couple trades and make you some money, then they will ask you to invest more because 'a big opportunity is coming but you don't have enough funds to invest' when you say no, even with the excuse of I'd like to learn more and get to know CCG more before I invest anymore money, all communication stops. When you request a withdraw of money, they go silent. Support won't answer me nor will my account manager. I am furious, and disappointed. S0nia DeLe0n seemed very genuine despite spending every call complaining about other clients and that I was a small account and I told her multiple times that I am ok with her giving me to a new acct manager if that is how she felt, of course her story would change and she'd say no no I like you, I want to make you money. Very disappointed and quite honestly have zero faith in any company that offers to help you trade. They overpromise and way underdeliver. To get you to sign up, they promise great service, they promise a dedicated acct manager, they make you feel like they are a safe choice. But now I have lost my initial investment of 248 and they won't give me my profits. I'm guessing they don't care about bad reviews either and this won't change my situation but I hope it changes someone's mind in trusting them.
First off, I'm not an idiot and believe in get rich quick schemes. I have a good head on my shoulders and am pretty skeptical by nature. I saw an Elon Musk video about AI trading and signed up to a quantum AI website. I had 3 different men from CCG Global call me promising me to invest NOW and I'll make 5k in the first week using AI. I had done my homework and AI had a good return and was great for beginners. I then deposited the minimum of $248 after a guy told me he was my account manager. I then got an email from a lady saying she was my account manager. This was confusing, and she wouldn't call me or return my emails for about a week until I lost it on her. She called me and we had it out, but she apologized for the confusion and understood why I thought they were a scam. After the initial bad taste of being told 3 different people were my acct mgr, Sonia began explaining some of the basics and we did a couple really great trades. Then our conversations started being spent with her talking horribly about other clients and how they were stupid and don't listen to her. I have always been polite, I've always tried to give her credit for the little tidbits she gave to me here and there in between her complaining. She also complained that I am not big enough account for her and she's used to million dollar investors so I suggested maybe I would be better with someone else if she felt that way, then she changed her mind and said she liked working with me and she wanted to make me money... then the next phone call would be her spending an HOUR complaining that she has too many clients and somehow turned it on me that I was keeping her on the phone too long to which I barely had done any of the talking. This went on for about a month and a half until finally I dreaded her calling. I tried to do some trades on my own and sometimes it went well and other times I lost, no big deal, I was learning. SHe then asked me to invest more money as some big opportunity was coming and I couldn't take the opportunity without more money, I said no, I still need to learn more before I start putting more money in. I need to understand what I am doing to trade responsibly. She then stopped calling all together and stopped returning my emails. I put in a request to withdraw some money as I had never done it, I submitted all my documents and emailed support, with no one returning my email for a week and no money being deposited into my bank account. I then contacted customer service who couldn't care less if they lost customers, after all I said no to giving them more money. So now I am waiting for the balance of my account to be transfered to me so I can close my account and go somewhere else. I wouldn't say they are a scam, but I would say they are borderline scammers in a legal way. Like if you don't bend to their way and invest you are blackballed, after they promised to teach you and help you, they just turn their back on you until you lose all your money investing on your own. I am pulling all my profits out and not investing further on their platform. It is pretty user friendly, I'll give them that. If you have any common sense, then you should be able to figure out a few things on your own. I'm just super disappointed that companies like this don't want to help the smaller accounts grow, I want an account manager that will celebrate all my gains and support me in my losses and guide me along the way. I don't want to feel like I need to shower after everytime I talk to my account manager. Also if your account manager ends emails with kisses, red flag. Like be professional. Very odd experience but a good learning experience. I will not settle for any broker. So, in closing, unless you are already rich, CCG Global won't give you the time of day. They are not for the average person, and don't care if we are trying to better ourselves or our lives. Move on, do your homework, learn more, and don't settle for any account manager even if they make you a little money here and there, if they treat you like you aren't enough, life is too short. This should be fun and interesting to do, not to be bullied and be made to feel not good enough to play in the rich sandbox. I will find the right account manager and mentor for me and I hope you do too.
Capital Circle Group has been one of the best trading platforms I have ever used. However, it needs to liven up its look to appeal to more users from different regions.
The included security system is one of the best I have ever seen on a trading platform. I have never had any significant issues regarding security unlike the other platforms which I used to be registered with before I found Capital Circle Group.
The asset management tools work their wonder during open market trading. I took advantage of these tools when international markets were open which is why I increased my monthly profits by 13 percent.
Quite often trading platforms ignore new traders like myself in favor of professionals but Capital Circle Group ensures that every user who was like me was treated with the same respect as everyone else.
This site is a must for traders of any level. It's got everything you could want in an exchange: great customer service and high profits, with no downsides! The only downside? I wish they had given us the option to choose the theme between light or dark mode.
This platform is perfect for beginners who want to learn how it works or just get better at something they're already good at. The educational material could use some work, but other than these issues I found the service adequate enough with features like live chat, great asset variety and easy-to-use trading platform.
It's been a while since I started trading on this platform and it was still true to itself back then. The customer service is top notch, as well all other features; there aren't any complaints from me. Recently though - I had some good profits with high returns lately--in fact last month did quite well: 10% profit.
The educational material is helpful but could be improved, and there's also live chat on the platform which makes learning more interactive!
This is a scam. The brokers make you put all your money in and then you will end up losing it all. Don't trust this site. Ccg. Global. Do not invest any money. Do not invest with *******@ccgservies. Global or stephen miller who are not real brokers and just scam artists
CCG Trade is an exposed scam– the British financial regulator FCA issued a warning against the broker, so your funds will be in danger if you deposit. Reliable authorities like FCA, CySEC (Cyprus), CONSOB (Italy) and CNMV (Spain), to name a few, regularly blacklist fraudulent schemes. Needless to say, you should avoid blacklisted entities because they'll rip you off if you deposit.
Whether you're a beginner looking to learn how trading or just want better at something that is already your strength, this platform has features which make it an excellent educational material. I believe the theme could be improved but other than these issues there's plenty of interactive learning opportunities with live chat and more!
Their trading conditions could be better, but I like how they treat their traders with respect - that's why I am giving them four stars!
I love how Capital Circle Group keeps their clients first. Their customer service is at the top of the game (even with their low fees!) and spreads are great too.
Their services could be better - sometimes it takes them way too long to execute trades which can cost you money if you don't pay attention. But I am in love with their professional account managers.
They are one of the biggest brokers out there and it's easy to see why! Great trading conditions, spreads are great too, customer service is on point (even on weekends!) and execution times are fabulously fast.
Capital Circle Group is the best at what they do and I can see why Wingroup enjoys such a reputation throughout the forex industry.
I am so happy with this broker! The support is amazing, and they always go out of their way to help. I got a 12% better profit thanks them, which was worth it for me since trading can be hard sometimes without an expert helping you along the way - not that expensive at all in comparison (in my opinion).
