At that point, I deleted your software and asked for a refund. That request was denied.

It is my opinion that at the time they ask for payment, the average user has
No idea what he or she is going to receive. This is a desperate moment when
A person has lost hope and is vulnerable. After restoring the rge file, the
Result was completely unacceptable. It might have met someone's needs but
Certainly not mine.

I am dissatisfied with the software and the company failure to consider my request for a refund. These people seem to be operating on the principle of trying to rip-off as many people as they can one time.
