FRUAD!

Avoid this website like the plague. I bought four dresses and each one was worse than the other. Finally they send me a dress that is ripped and some of the golden threads falling apart. I opened the package right away inspected and when I inspected I found the damage. I emailed them right away and they have the have the NERVES to tell me they'll give me $20 store credit! Per their policy I can get a full refund. I will make sure that I comment on every website that reviews their products. And if you live in the US you should report them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

I have ordered three pieces from Cbazaar, with four more on the way, now that I have felt the beauty of the fabrics and seen the quality of the stitching and finishing. I am an extremely hard-to-fit, 208 lb, 5'4", 52-yr-old, fat lady who tends not to look good in clothing. Well, I am a fatty, what do you expect? I ordered one salwar suit, one churidar suit, and a blouse for a sari that fit me 20 years ago when I was a size 4. (Unfortunately, I am not modeling the blouse, because needless to say, when I tried the new blouse on with the sari, no amount of "cheating" with the pleats could save the poor old sari from looking completely sloppy! And a sari blouse along with jeans just looks American-tacky!) I am ordering another sari, this time in my current size, that will complement the blouse. The suits and blouse came in the time frame given by Cbazaar, shipped perfectly packaged to prevent damage. In the intervening time, I have had many direct over-the-phone, e-mail, and FB messenger conversations with Cbazaar Team members, all of whom are incredibly helpful and go over and above to provide excellent customer service. The suits I received were very well tailored, to the point that a woman friend who works in the LA movie industry as a stylist complemented me on the colors, the fit, and the beauty of the clothing. I am modeling two of the pieces below. You can judge for yourself how well they cover this old, fat, body! I can wholeheartedly recommend Cbazaar to overseas buyers, and I especially recommend their excellent customer service department. Contact them first if you have any questions about sizing or fabrics. And be sure to order items before they run out of stock! If you see it, and you love it... buy it! You won't regret it!

UPDATE: December 2018. I have lost 58 lbs and am modeling a Bollywood Vogue Saree. The first picture is an artist's rendition of what the saree would look like from the Cbazaar site; the next three are the actual pictures of what it looks like on me. Excellent tailoring, inexpert draping, but I'm working on it! So I feel comfortable ordering from the pictures on the site, that what I see will be what I will receive. (The blouse was ordered and received extra-long to cover old cancer scars.)

This website is a fraud. I ordered 2 dresses for my wedding and they were awful, fabric, design, way cheap compared to the pictures on the website. Yes they refunded me, but only 75% of the amount... when they said they would refund me fully => liars.
And now they are trying to compensate real unsatisfied customers wirh fake reviews. Because trust me, no ne can give a 5 stars to the kind of work I received.
Hope it will be useful to future users of this fraud website.

7/9/18 - I received a $100 credit and Karan the relationship manager was excellent. This review is solely based on my interaction with Karan. I am satisfied with the outcome and have closed the BBB complaint as well.

7/3/18-Product was not delivered anywhere near original guaranteed ship date. Customer service is awful and would not issue refund and return shipping address. Upon close examination of product, it is damaged and has two stains on it. I have the original with tags on it, I never wore it as the event passed before i received delivery.

I recently ordered sarees to be delivered to my family members in India. When I made the purchases, they should a delivery date which was about 2 weeks from the date of purchase. After I placed my order, they first charged me and immediately got an email that shipping will be delayed. After about a week later, I got another email that due to some product problem, shipping will be further delayed.

These people are just trying to con buyers in the name of online e-commerce business.

I was hesitant to place order online for punjabi suit since I couldn't touch and feel the fabric/art work. But I took the leap and so glad I did.
They have custom stitching option which is awesome and you can give as much as detail as possible. Also they do a follow up call to review the measurement to ensure everything is correct. The only fall back is that make the call on Indian Standard Time; being in California it made difficult to find a time window that would work (that is reason for 4 star instead of 5).
Back to the suit review, I ordered 3 suits total price ranging from $45 to $100. I know people are complaining about quality; but you get what you pay for. The $45 dollar suit fabric quality was lower than the $100; but that is expect with the price difference. I ordered 2 suits in $45 range for common wear (gudwara, house gathering etc) and 3rd suit at $100 for party wear. It exceed was my expectation for $100 price range. The fabric was really well chosen and matched to the image i picked and the stitching was done well. Even the chuni was made of really good quality net (instead of the cheap hard type of net). As far as shipping time it was lengthy but they tell you up front the turn around time. I certainly will be shopping with them again.
