Was a little bit sceptical after reading a few negative reviews, but then people only review when they're unhappy and something goes wrong... My experience of cashmyfone was fantastic. The whole thing happened very fast and there was regular email contact to let me know progress reports, right up until the money went into my account. Fantastic. Also, the best price for my Blackberry Storm out of all the similar sites. Sent it free but obtained proof of postage. Will definitely use again
Hi i wanna share my bad experience with you guys plz dont use cashmyphone.co.uk i used this sended my samsung s4 used one just two month of use they replied said found fault just to reduce the price then they told me in 48 hours i will get my payment its been nearly 1 week no payment emailed them three times no reply called no answer tried to email today i get back automated message sayin failure to delivere my message looks like they blocked my email but is not gonna finush here im gonna contact police and other organisation cashmyphone.co.uk they are all liers thiefs wat else can i say i cAn say the most. Bad words for this $#*!s
The business model is based around an initial, decent offer for your second-hand devices, the amount received will be well less the half. AVOID.
Cliche start but I'm saying it, if I could leave no stars that would definitely be the rating. Was given a reasonable quote for my MacBook Air so I sent it off. They tested and said it wasn't as I said (excellent condition) as on gaming on the device it over heated! Then offered me a significantly lower counter offer. I declined and paid the £20 to get my device back. I had to chase as nobody contacted as it stated. They asked out of curiosity what I'd accept. I said the original quote. It's not a gaming device so as much as I appreciate that gaming maybe part of their testing it's not a realistic measure. So if they couldn't honour the original price then I'd happily receive my device back. This wasn't met with an easy exchange. Communication pretty much stopped. I had to chase and even threaten with action fraud as they were not going to get away with robbing me! I finally got a response and had my device delivered back to me. The whole process went on from the 18th April to the 18th May. I'm annoyed I even went through this as I'm usually good at checking reviews but think I had numerous windows open and saw a different company review because this 1 star is very much a thing and people should steer clear! All good reviews are from 2013. Says something! DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH UNNECESSARY STRESS BY USING THIS COMPANY! I was lucky enough to get my item back!

Do not trust them and send your device. You may not yet the original quite or your device back!
