Would rate zero if possible. This company will steal your money.

I ordered a toy for Christmas that I could not find elsewhere. I received a confirmation email, then no tracking, no shipment, etc. after several weeks. I emailed the company - no response. The toy never arrived.

I'm relieved I used a Visa gift card rather than my debit card, so no additional money will be stolen.

Seems like a scam to me!

I placed an order for a Lego for my son's birthday 12 days ago. I have not heard anything from them other than an initial email saying the lego was on hold until funds were collected. I emailed them 1 week after i placed the order and never heard back. I emailed them again 3 days ago and have not heard back. I have now tried to call them 7 times and the line is busy each time. I also tried to use the chat function on the website and nobody is responding to me. My son's birthday is now in 2 days and i don't have the lego and have not been able to reach anyone at the company. Super disappointed!

I ordered a selection of puzzles and received no response. Then when I did receive a response after contacting them again it was a vague email about technical errors, and no follow up as to whether my puzzles were coming or not.

Didn't send product

Didn't know anything about product shipment until I chatted with the chat bot and they said their payment system was down. Ordered on December 9th and found that out after I chatted with their bot on December 16th. Customer service line is never answered it just ring 8 times then hangs up. No customer service or real person to talk to it a scam company….call your credit card companies and cancel payments.

I was "Ripped Off" by CASAZO.COM. I paid over $35.00 for a part for my ice cream maker, and all I ever got was that it was on hold. And I tried to call them. But it was either busy, or Out of Business. Apparently, others have done the same. They should be in JAIL! They are collecting peoples money, with no intentions on ever sending the items they advertise.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
